Nothing about this experience was positive. The one worker was rude to the other clients that were there. I scheduled an appointment. She argued with me I still needed to pre register. She gives me a number to call Its Quest . She was too lazy to do it there? She proceed to argue with me about everything ! I left without out getting the required tests that Lowes wants to renew my health insurance. FAIL

People there are rude. I was there for routine pre employment test and got treated like a criminal. They gave me a hard time about my paperwork and how much I filled the cup even though I did exactly what they said they treated me like I was doing everything wrong. Dont expect customer service in the slightest.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. A one person office is a lot of work. Yet I always get smiles and courtesy. This is not a resort. We go there to get medical testing. Treat them with patience and kindness and it will be returned.

Great and friendly staff. Did an excellent job of drawing the blood without even feeling the needle. I would highly recommend this lab location.
