I wouldnt recommend this office to anybody. My last visit to have a physical for one of my boys I sat in the waiting room for an hour while other people who had appointments after our schedule time with the same doctor was taken back before us for their scheduled appointments. Then it them forever to have a nurse come give my child his vaccinations. I spent three hours at this office, which is really an issue because nobody wants to spend the entire day at a doctors office. Now I called to schedule an appointment with my childrens pediatrician and was on hold for 15 mins listening the same recording over and over. Thanks to the excellent service I am recieving from the this wonderful staff (not) I am going to find another pediatrician. This is an issue because my pediatrician has been with my family for decades and has been wonderful to my children, and because she joined this jacked up group I have to find a whole new provider! Thanks a lot for your excellent patient care metro health westlake campus!

Great service. Clean environment. Knowledgeable staff and doctors. Very patient and kind. I would recommend this location to anyone. Free parking in garage. A little tough to find but once you do you wont regret going.
