Horrible. Was waiting for their lunch break to end. Saw the Veterinarian enter the building out of his vehicle. My dog had been through a whelping the night before and I was attempting to get her checked up to make sure she was doing well. When I entered the office. The front desk girl, who was extremely rude, said that she would go back and ask if they could see me. She came back out and said that he (the vet) had gone over to the other office for the day....I had just watched him get out of his vehicle and go into the building? Terrible service, terrible attitude, terrible experience.

My experience with the Highland Veterinary Clinic, Dr, Lewis and his Staff has been nothing but wonderful! I brought in a sick Shelter Dog I was fostering, and not only did they work within my financial limits, they were kind, courteous, patient, and treated this dog like she was the most important animal in the facility. I would take any animal there without hesitation. I had only recently moved to the area and had not yet found a vet, but now I have. Humans should get the quality of care that the Highland Vet Clinic offers its patients!

Dr Russel is what he deems himself as...Uncle Russel...hes a very sweet veterinary doctor, who shows our furry babies the love and attention they need to restore their good health! They have been a real blessing!

My dog was real sick and had to be put to sleep because of her age the staff treated me like I was in their way and did not want to be bothered with the sitution. I have not been back and would not ever go back.

Ive had many positive experiences with Dr. Lewis and this clinic. Hes worked me in a few times when weve had pet emergencies and Ive always found him to be an honest, caring and professional vet.
