On June 1, we went to this clinic. it advertised Sundays hours on the street sign LED Message center open until 6PM. 5:01 PM we arrived with a cut hand and they talked to us through the locked glass door to go to an emergency room but they didnt know where an emergency room was located...no address or any help. We went to Dickson, TN ER. After getting stiches, 10 days later I called to see how much they would charge to get the stitches removed. After a brief wait, the lady said $25. When I arrived, they told me the price would now be $85.It was clearly communicated when I called that they did not put the stiches in my finger. Would recommend using the other clinic in Fairview next to Sonics before I trusted a business that didnt know their hours or how much services costs. Image what experience they have with medical experience?

Horrible customer service. Stupid, dumb, mean looking staff, specially the receptionist. They look like they hate their job. They cant even hire people who are about wanting to work with people, you know.. "a people person". I would rather watch YouTube videos about how to treat a wound than being with these uninterested, halfwitts.

I have been here 3 or 4 times. Ive never seen a real doctor, and the PSEUDO DRS revolve like a Merry go round. Ive never seen the same person twice. And when you call in to speak to the person you saw they never call you back. This place is more about making money than caring for your health. Stay away. Go see a real Dr.

The receptionist and doctor made my daughter feel less than human. I do not recommend this office. Try a different Face Pace for better service.
