Sam had been my vet for years. I had a young dog that got clipped by a car and I took her too Sam for emergency care. All seemed well and she stayed with him for 5 days and suddenly died. He guessed it was a infection. I must stress this was a educated guess on his part there was no autopsy. I recently described this sad ordeal to a veterinary surgical center doctor and he responded quote "how could that happen in a supposed veterinary clinic" end quote. He described why this should never have happened and that the vague answer I was give was likely a cover up for poor sanitary conditions or worse at this clinic. I then invested time getting several other veterinary opinions and almost universally everyone was astounded at the vague response of a infection that should never have occurred with proper treatment. I have since sought out a new vet and will review my experience there after a few visits.

I have my very 1st appointment with this vet tomorrow. That will determine how well I like it as of right now they stand with me at 5 stars because when I had given them a call worried an concerned about my precious zoey they got all the info regarding her situation an immediately said yes she needs to be seen right away. They gave me different options of times I could come an it fit my schedule even though I wouldve cancelled something to take my baby to get better. Before I got an appointment I had called this vet and told them I thought I could take care of her and they told me what otc products I could possibly use to help.. but the problem just got worse she was too far sick. I got a estimated price for her to be seen an they are very very reasonable. Lets just hope the vet service is as good! Thank you Dr young for getting me in so fast tomorrow

I am a military wife and, due to my husbands training, was doing a move from Alabama to Tennessee by myself when my cat fell ill. At 8 1/2 months pregnant and quite overwhelmed by all that was going on I was referred to Dr. Linda as she was known to be a great vet in the area. Although I had to put my beloved Kitty down (he was quite old and very diabetic) Dr. Linda graciously helped me when making the heartbreaking decision and went out of her way to make the process as less traumatic as possible. She took her time with me, allowing me to say goodbye on my own time, and provided a beautiful blanket to bury my cat in. Never did I think putting a pet down would be that heartbreaking but I couldnt have asked for a better vet during the difficult time and am so glad I was at this office!

Today was our first appointment with our active 2 1/2 year old shep/malinois, for her yearly exam. We switched vets because I wasnt happy with the way our dog was treated, she wasnt comfortable and I wasnt either. Dr. Young and her teamwere wonderful with both of us. Thank you so much for your care and special attention to our girl and for answering all the questions this over protective mom had.

Great folks! Sam and Linda actually CARE about the pets and are willing to tell you what you are doing wrong (ie overfeeding) and suggest treatments to fit the budget. Have been going here for 15 years and never had anything but respect for them and their staff. I respect their knowledge AND trust their opinion completely. You will too.
