Today is April 25. Just called to get an apoointment and the first available is July 26. The scheduler didnt ask why I wanted to be seen and was very rude overall. I have a very scary looking place on my skin that cannot wait until July 26. I am taking my business elsewhere. This review probably wont matter because she is so booked up and clearly doesnt need my business but I feel better writing it. If you have urgent needs, dont even bother calling. Go elsewhere or you could wind up with an even more serious condition waiting 3 months to get an appointment.

I only saw Dr. Smith once before moving out of state but I have to say, it was the most pleasant experience with a Physician I have ever had. He was very personable and caring. He didnt make me feel like he was rushing to get on to other patients. He carefully listened to me describe several issues and came up with a treatment plan for each. He doesnt want to mask pain, he wants to actually fix the source of the pain. I would highly recommend him!

Drs Smith and Evers are kind, empathetic, patient-friendly and technology savvy. I like the fact that I can run in to see the NP, or I can make an appointment with either of the MDs. Dr Evers stays booked but is well worth the wait. They are a caring, considerate and compassionate couple. I feel fortunate to know them.

Dr. Smith is a doctor who cares about his patients and always goes above and beyond! His wife anne evers maybe hard to get a new appointment with but thats is because she is the nest dermatologist in tn. Neither one of them need new patients because they keep the patients they have FOREVER!

Today is August 07th. Next available appt isnt until mid January. Lady on the phone was very rude and not friendly, and didnt say her name as a good receptionist should. Robotic. Like she was ready to say "next appt isnt until January" Way be on auto pilot lady with no name.

I have been seeing Dr. Evers for 6 years and she has always been great. She has always been hard to get into but that is a sign of how good she is.
