I have never written a review before but compelled to do so after a visit to this vet. The receptionist was friendly enough no issues there. However that is where the nice stopped. We had 4 different people in our room while there. Not even sure which one was the Dr. also they took our cat when we first got there said they were going to look for a spayed scar and would be right back. We had just adopted the cat from PetSmart a few days before and didnt really know anything about her. We had several questions none of which were answered and they did not bring our cat back in for 20 minutes at which time we left. They only tried to continue to get us to spend money seemed to care nothing about the actual pet. Only what we could spend. The worst part of it all was they SHAVED her stomach with out asking or even telling us they did it. We never seen her stomach until we were home that night! I called the next day to speak with someone and after being on hold for 9 minutes and 20 seconds the girl came back on the phone to let me know the Dr. would have to call me back! I would not go there ever again for any reason!

I called them once when my Dog "Sheba" got injured. ,I told them I was Atleast 80 miles away ,she said on the phone it would cost $35:00. To check her I told the reception. Great cause thats all I have after gas. . Sheba was only using 3 legs when I arrived they brought to the back .then showed me an x-ray and said there is nothing wrong with it.so as I went to leave and pay the $35;00 Are said oh plus another $380:00 ??? I told her u didnt have it they would not release Sheba until I could go get a loan from the bank or friend. ..Well a year went by and Sheba never used that leg again .and you could tell she was in severe pain..I took her to anither Dr. Who said it may be to late it was a broken leg.so I called Cerbat Animal and brought Sheba back in with me. " They brought out the x-ray" it was the wrong leg. I told them they owed me my money back or fix Sheba!! Theyvsaid they could fix her But For $2-3000:00 up front. They lied to me from the very first phone call.. Sheba will never be the same and all because they lied and made a mistake and stole my $$$. .. Terrible. People and are in the Wrong Business

This veterinarian did not seem to know a snake bite from a cat fight bite. I took my cat in because clearly he had a snake bite . the chief of fire department help aid him until I was able to get him to the vet. Fire Department chief said it was a snake bite and cats are very tolerable to snake venom this is why the cat is still alive .The veterinarian said it was a cat fight bite. the veterinarian also said that cats cannot tolerate snake venom he would have been dead already she claimed. Also when I had called the emergency room that night this Animal Hospital said it be $1,500 to bring my cat in. when I spoke with the vet the next day, she said its only $500 for after hour emergency services. Some young girl that worked there tried to scam me out of money that night.

Cerbat Cliffs is an AMAZING animal hospital! Dr. Patterson saved my dog Annas life! We were traveling to California thru Kingman, with a sick pup who needed her ruptured [tumored] spleen removed because she was bleeding internally. Dr. Patterson and Staff were very comforting and up front with the possibility that my best friend may pass on the operating table, or the possibility of euthanasia if the cancer had spread beyond repair. Even after losing nearly a liter of blood, they were able to save my Anna! Thank you so much, we are forever grateful, she is doing wonderful! See you in a week to have her stitches removed and blood work checked once more.

My 9 year old cat was having pain while eating. I had taken him to two different vets who failed to diagnose the issue and my poor cat was deteriorating rapidly. Luckily, Cerbat Cliffs Animal Hospital is on the emergency service rotation, and I was able to take him in very late on a Saturday evening. Dr. Forsse knew what was wrong with him immediately and removed the bad tooth. The inflammation was very bad, and we treated him with antibiotics for several weeks. She unquestionably saved his life, and I will always be grateful. I live 45 minutes away from the hospital, but its worth the drive.

I had set up a grooming appointment for my dog. When I went in the lady at the front desk helping me was very rude. Not to mention she tried up-selling me. I didnt mind getting the parvo shot for my dog but felt it was unnecessary since no other grooming place asks for this in town. If the girl up in front had manners and knew what customer service was I wouldnt have minded paying the additional $49 dollars for the parvo shot on top of the grooming fee!! You lost a customer and any good word of mouth!!

More concerned about money than helping. My dog was having trouble breathing, and they kept him for three days and charged me over $2000, which was ridiculous. They charged me over $800 for x-ray, after talking one, and seeing it was his lungs. Eleven x-rays was uncalled for, and of course they will not give you your dog unless you pay first. Terrible place.

Ive got myself a great dog. I take him to the best. Ive learned that a veterinarian being in the area for 20yrs. doesnt reflect qualifications. Yah, the pretty blond girl up front acts as an offititous ass, but the rest of the staff is great and caring. Oh yah, I dont cut expenses on my dog. Ill pay good money for great care.

Good vets and employees. The waiting room is too small and the parking lot is too small also. Only 3 exam rooms, which slows everything up. Very rarely are my appointments kept on a timely manner. Emergency night hospital service is available and the vets and tech for this are very good.

I just want to say thank you to the staff for sending me a condolence card and their sweet words on it after I had to put down my ill ferret Manson.. Very friendly atmosphere and very caring people are staffed here. Thank you all so much for trying to help my ferret as much as you could.

We brought our cockatoo into this clinic for them to trim the flight feathers. The so called expert Paula Acer butchered her wings to a point that the feathers may never grow back. Its upsetting to know that a 4 year old bird will suffer from a bad "hair cut" for 50-70 more years.

Always have taken care of my animals. They do great work. And once i called on a Sunday because my dpg got into rat poison, expecting a thousand dollar bill, they vet walked me through what to do and i was able to take care of my dog. Great place

Nice, clean environment. Caring staff. Knowledgeable Vet. Seems to be fairly competitive on prices when compared to the long standing vet offices in the area. Would use in a pinch when my normal, more affordable vet is unavailable.
