Horrible service, 15 minutes and 25 seconds late. They refuse to see us for shots for a almost 2 month old. Had to take time off from work. Go home and pick up wife and daughter. Wife does not drive yet. No one in the waiting room. waiting room is COMPLETELY EMPTY and NO ONE on the SIGN IN sheet. they tell me they have no slots available and to reschedule. I look at the receptionist and state quite frankly. I am NOT rescheduling NOR am I going to come back. Also, you lost all of my kids. NOT just one plus all future children I may have. I desperately tried to get there in time, and because of 25 seconds. They saw me pull up, I had to get the baby out of the car in the car seat. that takes a minute or two. Sorry, but when you have a 2 month old, you just dont move as fast. I am upset.

Not good at all my children have been patients for the last 15 years my daughter has seen her doctor since she was a year and a half old we love our doctor and nurse at Phoenix pediatrics but the office staff is horrendous theyre so bad I had to switch doctors offices. lie after lie about what he can do and what they cant do. Do they really think Im not going to call and check to see if what theyre telling me is true. I will never go there again I dont care if all my kids have seen their doctors forever. How bad is it when a parent of two special needs kids has to switch offices and doctors because the office staff are mean, vindictive, uncaring jerks, I hope anybody whos looking for a doctor will not go to Phoenix Peds just because of their office staff.

Staff is always so nice and accommodating. Very clean, have seen many doctors and loved them all, Dr. Gutman is the best!
