I truly believe Dr. Shoptaugh can be more polite and not look at her patients as numbers rather then humans. I think shes completely overbooked and overworked, and it shows. Shes insensitive as well as her staff. I stay only because shes a very smart women and you can see that... But this may change soon.. If you want a Peditrican that is caring and shows it also truly focused on you and your child and has time for you (which is what parents would want) this is not the place for you. Even writing this Im wondering why do I go here..

Dr. Shoptaugh is an amazing pediatrician and has taken care of both of my children all their lives. She is so caring and is the only doctor I know that will call you after hours to make sure that your child is still doing well.
