The Lenscrafters people were nice and helpful, but DO NOT GET YOUR EYE EXAM here. They use an optometrist called Thomas Eye Care. When I got my eye exam here, I was assured my insurance would cover it out of network. Stupid of me not to check, but I was assured by the front office staff that it would be no problem with my carrier. Turns out only a fraction was covered. When I called to complain, they blamed me. I feel like they said whatever they had to say to get my money. How hard was it to say it may not be covered and I should call to check. When it comes to your health, we should demand better. Get your eye exam elsewhere.

Dr Quach is awesome. Thorough and efficient, timely and friendly. Staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. I have a weird dynamic where my exam is on health insurance but my glasses are a separate insurance and the staff was accommodating and I had none of the issues my husband has had elsewhere.
