Wow I must say this place is way overpriced and the service there is very slow I went and got a exam there and sat down to choose a frame there marked up is ridiculous to say the least I went ahead and just got the exam left to another place and got frames same ones I was looking at for almost half the price the minute I chose not to get frames the lady who was helping me her attitude totally changed !!!!

Marley the owner of this company is truely amazing. She is very accomidating and polite and I appreaciate the way she cares about customer service. As a entreprenuer myself I appreaciate working with those who cares about customer satisication and are not all about the almightly dollar.

My family of 6 have been going here for contacts and glasses the past 3 years. They have great customer service and prices are good, the wait time some timea takes a lityle bit but again they are worth it. I have great insurance so Im not gonna complain about price at all.

Went to get an eye exam and some information. The lady in the front made no attempt to help me and the only question she asked was if I even had insurance. People are right, they have no customer service at all.

The Customer Service is horrible, i will never come here again. They are so overpriced. you would think after paying $750 for 1 pair of glasses they would at least resolve my concerns.
