The only people I found nice were Dr. Na the optometrist, the younger receptionist for the optometrist, and the older lady who helped me find my glasses. Dr. Na went above and beyond for me when my contacts werent fitting right. My biggest problem was when I got my glasses. It didnt feel right when I wore them. I let the lady know who helped me the first time and had me speak to the manager. Shes a tall lady with glasses, blonde hair with the drs cape. When I spoke to her she was beyond rude to me. Basically saying shes right and Im wrong. I told her I felt like the glasses wasnt sitting on my face properly, it was too big, and the lense didnt feel like it fitted my eyes. She told me my prescription went up and thats why it was like that. I understand my prescription went up but why is it from the 2 pairs of glasses I purchased only 1 fit perfectly and I could see perfectly when they were the exact same style of glasses/brand but just different colors? She began arguing with me and I tried explains to her my issue. She then didnt want to hear what I had to say and said to me "wear them for a week and come back" Ive wore them for a week and nothing changed, still feels like I cant see. Bottom line theyll be nice to you to make money but once you have an issue thats when their rude. Ive been a customer with visionworks for 17 years and this is how Im treated. Will not recommend this place to buy glasses but as for getting your eye exam Dr. Na is the person to see. Very polite and friendly lady.

They were ok, but the front desk guy has MAJOR attitude when I asked him questions. But thats minor compared to how expensive they are. The lady who sold me the glasses oversaled me with different type of lenses saying my insurance covered everything and that the different lenses wouldnt be that much more. I ended up paying $200 when in the beginning I was supposed to get them free. Its a scam and all they care about is money. Never going back again. Wouldnt recommend.

Very rude and unhelpful. I needed assistance in determining the the right power for the glasses and Shane told me I should just stick with my Walgreens readers after paying for a 70.00 exam. He also said I could not return them after I ordered them. He was wrong on both accounts. Very rude and uninformed.
