This is where I get my eyes examined. The staff is excellent, friendly, helfpul and efficient. I see Dr. Quarnberg (pronounced corn-berg) who is very personable and thorough. He explains everything in an understandable way and even took the time to explain to me after I asked why the giant peice of equipment they use to calculate your prescription basically hasnt changed 80+ years and doesnt need to. I had communicated with both the tech checking my eye pressure and Dr. Quarnberg that I had planned to try ordering one pair of glasses online and would need my PD number. They both indicated that I could get that at the optical shop which is conveniently located in the lobby. This is not information you would normally get with your prescription but that you will need if you want your glasses to sit correctly on your face. Thats important because if askew, the glasses are useless. I ran into a snag when I inquired with the woman running the shop (which I assume is a separate business). She was a bit short with me, informing me in no uncertain terms that she would not give out PD numbers because of some mysterious abuse. Then I was curious about ways I might abuse the calculated distances between my nose and pupils. Maybe I was missing an opportunity? But of course she did not extrapolate and missed an opportunity to sell me a pair of glasses. The moral for me is, see Dr. Quarnberg every two years for prescriptions and eye health and buy glasses elsewhere. In case you wonder, when I called a different shop (Lesco Optical) where I had previously purchased glasses, I was given my PD number straight away. The ways in which a PD number could be abused, however, thats still a mystery.

Ive gone to Arizona Eye to visit Dr. Cody Quarnberg for 7 year. I am a diabetic going on 27 years, and have been successful in my eye care and have no deterioration after all this time. Dr. Cody is always encouraging me and praising me for my self control of my disease. The entire staff are first Class Professional. Ive been treated with utmost respect and care. I highly recommend this practice and espeically Dr, Quarnberg. Hes a delight, to monitor my health, always making me feel like a success. As long as I live in the area, I will be his patient.

Amazing Caregivers. The doctors in this practice are outstanding. Yes some can be rough with you, but when all is said and done your vision is why you are here and they know their stuff. It is true that billing can be all over the place and wait time can be a bit long sometimes. When you in come in practically blind and come out seeing the best you have ever, everything eles is insignificant. Highly recommend!
