Much like all of the other REAL reviews on here that give this place 1 star, the time finally came where they put the last drop in the bucket. On a few other occasions Ive felt that their front desk reps were unprofessional, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were just having a bad day or something. But this experience tops them all. I went in for my annual eye exam and they were bragging about this "amazing" deal you could get on Bausch and Lomb contacts. I sent in my rebate exactly as instructed and next thing you know, Bausch and Lomb notifies me that 20/20 isnt an approved retailer for the rebate. So this office not only lied to me about qualifying for the rebate through their office, they also were INCREDIBLY rude when I reached out to them to fix their mess. The first time I called, I spoke to a girl named Aimee (I think) and she said she would look into it and call me back. TWO WEEKS went by and nobody called. I called back just recently, on Friday, and after having to explain several times that I already sent in my rebate and the situation, the girl placed me on hold 5 times to talk to her manager, and then said she would call me back. I specified that I wanted a call back the same day since two weeks had gone by before with o call back. Ironically, she promised that she would call before the end of the day to give me an update, even if they didnt get an answer right away. OF COURSE, no call back and I had to wait until Monday to get back in touch with this office. That isnt even the most unprofessional part. I called back this evening and spoke to a girl, her name started with an R and sounded like Rianna or something. This girl was so unprofessional, I feel bad for whoever has to work with her. She kept telling me there was nothing they could do and telling me to call. I explained 3 different times that there was not a number I could call to speak with someone and her best response was to continue throwing her hands up in the air. When I addressed the ridiculous attitude and tone that she had, she HUNG UP on me. Unbelievable that this office PAYS this person to treat their patients like that. This experience is the reason why I will go out of my way to keep people from going to this office. If you want to go somewhere where they will lie to sell products and not care to help you at all afterward, you can go here. Otherwise, if you want an office with a professional, helpful, and friendly attitude, DONT GO HERE.

I just moved to the valley and I needed a prescription upgrade and new glasses. I went to 20/20 eye-care and got a contact evaluation which was $70 with insurance. I usually buy my contacts online because it is much cheaper than the office, but they made it very difficult to just get my prescription and they kept insisting I buy from their office and join the "contact lens club". After I got home I was wearing my trial pair of my new prescription and I realized my left contact was too strong and it kept going in and out of focus. So I had to go back to the office a week later and recheck my eye prescription. By the time i came back my glasses had arrived from shipping. I asked the doctor if they should fix the left eye on the glasses too and he told me, "well glasses can sometimes be different, you should take them home and try them out first." Well I took his word for it, and within the first hour of wearing my glasses, I got a headache and felt dizzy because the left eye was still too strong! So now I must go back a third time to return my glasses and wait again for new ones with the RIGHT prescription to come in. I just want to see! Does it have to be so difficult? One more thing, after he gave me my new prescription I heard him talking to one of his assistance in the other room about how I was confusing and hard to work with. I can understand complaining about costumers, I have before too, but not when they can still hear you.

At first my husband and I had gone to this place and everything was great staff, the Doc and the visit for prescription. Once my husband was convinced to getting a new lens prescription everything went wrong he had to make different appointment because the contacts werent right for him and as everyone else would think he needs to get adjusted but nope his eye got really dry red and irritated after trying so many eye drops and still bothered him, he called the office again with the same problem got another appointment and he just wasnt comfortable with the new prescription so had ask them to just give him his old prescription which it was the HARD CONTACT LENS only not with the soft line around it just the hard contact lens!! So they had mention to him they needed to get his pass info from the other OP which he gave them the info he had and the when he called them back to see what happened they would give him the round around Its rediculis how my husband has talk to them over the phone and in person just to explain them about the prescription not working for him at all and just needed HARD CONTACT LENS. They have called him to reschedule again just a few days ago to get and eye exam again . Why would he go again when they arent giving him his HARD CONTACT LENS PRESCRIPTION!!! Totally not worth going to this place again so frustrating.

If I had an option of 2.5*, I would have gone for it. My appointment was on Friday at 5PM. I know its a Friday and people are in hurry to leave work place. A front desk female walked me to initial eye exam room, she offered me to get some internal pictures of my eyes for $25+, for which I said NO. Then I moved to visit the doctor, he is genuine and one the best doctors I have experienced till date. He performed all tests and handed results to the same female again. Walked out of doctors room and she asked me If I was interested in buying lens and I said no. Now all of sudden I see some discomfort on her face while talking to me. I had booked my lens online and wanted to fill my survey related to my eye test. she did not hand me the complete results sheet. I asked her few questions on my eye exam results and she is pissed now. I pay for it and I prefer to have complete details of my eye test. As she did not hand me my results sheet, I asked her to write few things from my eye test on receipt I had. She pulled receipt swiftly from my hand and now I felt really annoyed. I feel someone who is not buying lens/frame from them should also be given same respect. May be if she was not there at the time I visited and I would have probably given 5 stars.

Thanks to Tammy and the ladies fitting glasses, I give this business 5 stars. She has provided me with the best eye glass fitting experiences in my life. She makes it easy, fun and fast. I wouldnt say the same about their front desk staff, maybe a 3 star for one and no star for the other. You are addressed but not warmly welcomed or excited to walk in. Front desk people make or break a business, its a shame because the entire rest of the staff is AMAZING. But, Ive gotten glasses here a few times and do like the doctor, hes a good man, consistent, friendly and effective. This year I had a sub doctor who was great as well. Tammy makes doing business here worth it every time! The first year she told me about "computer" glasses, kind of in-between before progressives. They were a lifesaver! I shared 2 unpleasant experiences with one front desk person and management made sure it was addressed and made it right with me. I will go back and just "get through" the front desk part until I can meet with the girls in back. All friendly, helpful, relatable, great customer service. I hope next time I drop over 1K in glasses Im greeted friendly and like they are happy to have my business.
