I should have read the review before I went there. I stop here for a medical need. Though my eye was strained which give me a headache and sensitivities to light, the doctor told me he couldnt see any issue. The front desk charge me 10% of the office visit as my insurance stated. However, all in-network doctor are contract for medical visit of $55.55, they front desk charge me at $84.00. When my insurance send me the claim info and what my responsibility was, I called the office back. They informed me that what they charge and they will not refund the money. The reason is when they call the insurance company up, they insurance just told them my co-pay is 10%. Insurance did not instructed them to apply for discount with the in-network. For all other doctor that I went to, they will refund the differences once insurance payment went out. This office just illegally keep your money. I know its a small amount, but this is the principal of business practice. Image if they can do this, what else have they done? Another interesting observation, what if the table turn around, would they not billed you if insurance actually allow them to charge more? I will never visit this office nor LensCrafters again. BEWARE.

Horrible service older women was assisting myself and decided I wasnt a buyer instantly " which I was " I need my prescription sunglasses still. She decided to give me a cold sholder and went ahead to sell 2 other people while "helping me. I was so disgusted by the service I got from her I just left. Will buy them tomorrow in Scottsdale. I have utilized Lensecrafters for over 7 years alongside my family we go usually to the location in Las Vegas Summerlin Boca Park Shopping center where I am treated exponentially. Very unhappy with the Chandler location from that service I never got nor respect

Worst service ever! Optometrist said "I dont want to invest more time in get your prescription right because its only going to improve your vision a little bit", Isnt that his work? Glasses didnt fit well (as expected) and when asked for a follow up appointment to check the prescription the front desk lady said "we dont make exams on weekends anymore", are you kidding me? why your website still allows schedule appointments those days? Avoid this store!!!

Without an appointment, I went in with what I thought was an eye infection and received prompt and outstanding service. Dr. Z seemed more concerned with my well being than Ive normally experienced from people in the Medical industry.

I am sorry I stopped in there today, I was a burden to the staff and they made me aware of it. Had an insurance question and they were huffing an puffing the whole time about how difficult and time consuming I was.
