Nixon Animal Hospitals examination rooms are not handicapped accessible. You will need to climb two very steep steps in a narrow area to accompany your pet to the exam room. The exam room was filthy with dirt everywhere: floor, counter, exam table. The waste baskets were overflowing and the long uncleaned sink had used needles thrown in it with no sharps container in sight. .The staff was inefficient and obviously unhappy with their jobs. The distaste on Ashleys face when one of our dogs approached her was disgusting. When asked, Nixon said he would close the clinic and retire before he put in a ramp. I will never take my dogs there again

Dr. Nixon and his staff are fantastic! They were very kind and caring when my Teddy passed away and when my Superdog had a stroke. They took such good care of her and she is solid now. And today Dr.Nixon and his wonderful staff came to the rescue again. My daughters chicken is sick and they were right on it. They saw us right away. I cant give praises enough to all of them.

Caring, considerate, professional,very comprehensive in the care of my pets/family. No complaints from me or mine!!! Almost no wait time as i had called in advance, scheduled an appointment, realized Dr Nixon might have an emergency while I am there creating some wait time... This has not been an issue

We had an emergency with our dog. It was on a Saturday, and we had never used Dr. Nixons office before. Though his office was packed, he worked us in. Dr. Nixon and his staff were all one could expect in service and support. We highly recommend Dr. Nixon and intend to continue using his services.

By far my all time favorite vet. He is very personable, efficient, caring, and real. He tells you how it is and I love that. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. As long as I am anywhere near this clinic, my animals will continue to go to him. Thank you Dr. Nixon and your wonderful staff.

Took my dog here to have a procedure and some vaccinations. The staff was very courteous and Doctor Nixon explained everything very well. My dog was well taken care of and the price of care was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend.
