This place is a dream dentist office. I searched heavily for a great dentist for my daughter (2 years old). I had noticed some markings on her front teeth and they were growing in uneven. I originally went to a dentist that was recommended to me in Chico. He told me she would have to have 7 crowns and it would have to be done ASAP to save the teeth. I was shocked... I didnt know her teeth had gotten this bad. I was so ashamed and sad that I let this happen to my child. I dont give her juice or sugary treats, so I was astounded she had such a bad problem. I was raised in a family with doctors so I naturally sought out a second opinion (in Reno) then a third opinion (Sacramento). The 2 other doctors told me she would have to have her four front teeth extracted and metal crowns put on the back top 2 teeth. I was just not happy with the way any 3 doctors I went to treated the situation. This is my child, she is special to me and not just another patient/paycheck. I had a friend from The Cameron heights area highly recommended Weidmen Pediatrics. I called and spoke with the office to make an appointment. Right away I was impressed with the staff over the phone. The day of my daughters first appointment we saw Dr. Chris Lee. I LOVE him, he is so great with children. His patience and compassion is amazing. After he assessed her situation, he said he thinks there is a possibility of saving the front teeth and just doing some fillings in the back. He then answered many of my questions and educated me on why this happens to many babies/toddlers. That day I scheduled her surgery. The day of her surgery with Dr. Jeff Sue I was apprehensive that they were going to be able to save her teeth. I was nervous because my little girl was going to be put under Anesthesia. I kept picturing afterwards an empty smile. Dr. Sue walked out and informed me he was able to save all four front teeth with crowns! I instantly cried and hugged him. He is an amazing Doctor and the best Ive ever seen. I wish he saw Adult patients lol! My daughter is so important to me, I am so happy I found this place. Its truly different than any other pediatric dentist around. Not just around the Sacramento area but anywhere. Everything has gone so smoothly here, my daughter enjoys the dentist. She even says "Mom I want to see the dentist." I cant say enough about this office, their staff, and their top notch doctors.

My children have been going to Weideman Pediatric Dentistry for over 8 years now. When I tell them that they have an dentist appointment they are okay what time. The office is clean, very friendly and very entertaining for children. They have videos for the kids to play with while they wait and have TV throughout the office.The doctors and staff are kind, informed, and wonderful at communicating at my childrens level. They make us all feel welcome and very ease to come. The office part of the also very kind. They all work with you on making appointments and if you need to rearrange the appointments they dont have any problems with making changes. They are very alert on when the schools are on break and will advise you so it makes it easier for the kids to miss as little of school as possible. I have 4 children that have been seen there and 2 of my children are now to old but they say they wish that they could continue to go to them due to the enviroment that is at that office. I am very glad that my prior dentist recommended them to me back 8 years ago. This office has made it a very pleasant experience for my children. I would strongly and highly recommend this office to everyone I know. If I could I would give this office 10 star rating.

Our overall satisfaction with our daughters visit is excellent; and, we will continue to refer friends and family who have always been as satisfied as we are with the Weideman Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics experience. As parents of a special needs adult who has been your patient for over 23 years, I am particularly pleased by the feedback from my friends with children/young adults with disabilities We can never say enough good things about how much we appreciate the professionalism, care and sensitivity shown to Marnie, and to my husband and me, by your staff. As a retired educator/consultant who taught human resource administration and worked in that field with top companies, I continue to be impressed by how well you recruit and employ staff who fit so well into the culture of your organization. We have never had a bad experience, in person or over the phone, with one of your staff. In addition to their professional and/or allied office skills, the level of their people skills is consistently remarkable. They are clearly a team, and one whose members place a high value on providing competent and caring service to your patients and their families. Kudos!!

Without a doubt, our son would not look like himself were it not for the wonderful service at this Pediatric Dentistry! From his perspective, this office is like the "Disneyland" of dentist offices! At every turn there are wonderful games to play and toys to take home and movies to watch! From our perspective, they have and are currently restoring our sons teeth so well that if you met him you wouldnt know that he had fractured one tooth and chipped the other. But more than the expert ability of Dr. Tommy and Dr. Lexi is the warmth and concern they have both shown for our son. And if that wasnt enough to calm our concern there is the wonderful customer service of the receptionists, dental assistants and the office staff. If you are in the area and are in need of an outstanding pediatric office I highly recommend you look no further! And if you are not from the area, as we are not, make every attempt to get here. We are from the US Virgin Islands and have made the trip all the way to the Sacremento area to receive the best service available for our son!

Both my boys 4 & 8 love going here. Best pediatric dentist around. The staff and dentists are nurturing throughout entire visit and keep the kids entertained and informed by teaching them how important regular teeth care is. When my son was 2 they performed an emergency extraction - my son was jumping on the bed and half knocked out front tooth and they took great care of him and me through the process while helping us remain calm. They are truly unique and not only provide excellent care but go beyond to make kids happy including playset in waiting room, video games near checkup rooms, stickers, and even a treasure box (upon completion of visit kids get 1 toy) and the baggy of goodies (new toothbrush, paste & floss), pencils amd pens at checkout. We are so happy to have found such a great group of dentists and staff that are always friendly from the moment we walk through the door to our exit. Thanks Weideman for all you do to help our dentist visits be positive and fun. Youre truly an asset to our community.

We heard about Dr. Jeff and Weideman Pediatric through a friend of mine after I described my son’s first experience at a different pediatric office. I was not allowed to go in with him and he got so upset that he threw up, which I didnt learn about until our drive home! My friend convinced me to give this office a try. Among dozens of other wonderful perks, it was nice to see that I was welcome to accompany him back into the treatment area. Fast forward 3 years later, and he honest to God looks forward to his trip to the dentist!! Everyone we come into contact with during a visit treats my son like a VIP. Thankfully he hasnt needed treatment in a while but when he has, he wasnt even aware that he was getting a shot when they numbed his mouth! They are professional, sweet and comforting and I recommend them to everyone I know who is looking for a pediatric dentist. As a matter of fact, I wish I could go there myself! It just doesnt get any better than this.
