Understand I am reviewing this office based on care I have received at other area dental and health clinic facilities. Dr Dillon was nice. Obviously overworked, but very professional to me. He worked on several fillings and a root canal. Although they use some tactics that seem to be more on the sales side rather than the medical. (Like going for the small fillings in back and addressing the larger ones I needed up front at later dates.) compaired to how Ive been treated in the past it wasnt too bad. When the dentist left to work on other patients while I was in the chair he made me aware I would be waiting awhile. So I appreciated that. The best thing you can do going in is to expect the worst. Dont even hope for the best. Thats what I did and I was pleasenly surprised. They get me into my next appointments quickly. Im now waiting to try and get a tooth pulled. I had a bad tooth in back that was broken, it got broke worse during a root canal I had here. It wasnt the doctors fault, just unfortunate luck. I came in after the weekend and because the surgeon isnt in to do extractions Dr. Dillion has been doing everything in his power to get me up to yuba city to resolve my painful issue. He even offered to do the work himself but recommended he tries to get me into yuba city first because it would be a hard extraction for him to do and if he messed it up I would have to go to yuba city anyway. I dont know if my issue will get resolved today but I am very grateful for how much attention the Dr is giving to trying to help me. He is a good Dr. The people in reception have been nice to me. I only had a problem with the manager during my 3rd appointment. She misinformed me during my 2nd appointment, but Dr. Dillon corrected her error by taking care of the filling I was promised by the manager the week prior and two more that werent suppose to be filled on this appointment ( the dr had planned on doing them because the manager had not told him why I was there like she said she would when I spoke with her my previous appointment. The filling I needed done hadnt been filled after the first two appointments.) thank you Dr. Dillion! ( I hope Im spelling your name right) Edit: I had to change my review from 3 stars to 1 because of the horrible office manager and her "coordinator" after sitting in the office from 11:45am-2:00pm no one came to talk to me about an emergency appointment up in yuba city they were suppose to set up for me... Just excuses. Right before I left I asked the "coordinator" for the office what was going on. She responded with "what do you mean?" I told her Ill wait 5 minutes while she goes and figures it out. She finally came back about 10 minutes later and said they have everything transferred. I had already looked up the address to the yuba city office. So I asked her " can I have the name of the office manager you spoke to and the address to the yuba city office?" She said sure. I apologized while she was writing the information if I came off as being a little frustrated but that I had been in pain from when my tooth was broke during the root canal. I cant eat and all they do is throw drugs at the problem. She understood, of course. Said no worries when I got in the car I looked at the address and the first thing I said to the person who was with me was " this is the wrong address" sure enough I looked it up she added a 1 to the address number and mixed up the zip code. YOUR OFFICE STAFF CANT EVEN PUT AN ADDRESS DOWN RIGHT ON A POST IT?! I cant imagine how they screw up the rest of your paperwork! The dr was fine the office staff NEEDS to be PURGED! Now Im driving 45 minutes up to yuba city to find out what the problem is going to be up there. Fingers crossed it isnt too much more of a hassle than its already been. Office staff here = horrible, malicious, and rude!

La peor Experiencia que he tenido. Son amables mientras que te tienen en un ricon acorralado firmando un contrato, el servicio es pesimo, y cuando Sali de ahi corriendo por el mal servicio tube que lidiar con las llamadas todos los dias cobrandome un servicio que no recibi. Despues de reportar el problema y hacer oficial la queja termine pagando en total mas de $300 para que no me dañaran el credito. No lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo. They suck. Una estrella porque no se puede Zero... The worst experience I ever had . They are friendly while you are cornered signing a contract, the service is lousy and bad, I had to deal with calls every day charging me a service that I did not received. After reporting the problem and make the complaint, I end up paying more than $ 300 or they will affect my credit. I not recommend Western Dental (Roseville). They suck. One start only because I can not put zero.

I went in to get my braces tightened and had the worst experience. The Orthodontist that worked on my teeth was paying very little attention to her work. Several of the little bands on the bracket fell off the night I got home. The next morning a wire came out. I was stabbed in the lips multiple time during the procedure. At one point she asked me to hold the wire for her while she worked. I also had to hold my lips with my hands for her to work. I found broken bits of wire in my mouth during and after the procedure. She mumbled the whole time asking me questions and not repeating herself. She was distracted the entire time talking to other Orthodontist. I have never been in pain at the ortho until that day. The morning the wire came out I was told I could come in at any time to get it fixed. I had to skip school again and drive down just to be turned around at the counter. Apparently the Orthodontist are only there Tuesdays and wednesdays. Which was not told to me on the phone when I called. So now I have to drive to Natomas where I can hopefully be seen. Overall very unproffesional. I honestly feel someone should be fired over this or at least reviewed. Update: Went to Natomas unfortunately got the same Doctor. She argued with me saying that it was my fault. She also lied saying that the band that came off was never there in the first place (Right the red piece of rubber I pulled out of my mouth was something else), again terrible place do not go here. Worst service Ive gotten from anywhere.

Husband just got a root canal. Three days later its infected. Call up to be seen tells them I was just in there and its now infected. "Western Dentals response 1. Have you been seen here before? Hello just stated was there three days ago. response 2. Can we help schedule appointments for the rest of your family. Mans face is infected and he is in pain make an appointment for family members. 3. Can we make you a braces appointment? Hello in pain how about you schedule an appointment for you to fix it. Transfer to new person same exact thing then they hang up. Third time same thing with same questions finally get an appointment for him to be seen. Really infections happen but three times we have to say no to services we are not calling about in order for you to address the actual problem. Then they add it may not be covered by your insurance. Really problems resulting from the work you did may not be covered. That is about as unprofessional as you can get. Let the patient suffer while attempting to try marketing for future services before being willing to make an appointment then make them do it not once, not twice, but three times.
