Dr. Mata is THE best! Ive been under the care of Dr. Mata for several years now. After the initial tune up, I would normally return every so often for regular adjustments whenever I felt like something was out of place, or if I just felt extra tension, soreness, or pressure build up on a specific part of my body. Although Dr. mata always takes the time to ask how I am feeling, and which part of my body is bothering me, it appears as if he could read into my body! He always pinpoints the affected area, most of the time better than I could myself. Towards the end of Last year, I suffered a severe workout injury resulting in three compressed spinal disks, a slipped bone and a lot of sciatica pain. My mobility and range of movements were greatly compromised, and pain was on almost 24/7. Dr. Mata treated my condition with professionalism, care, and patience. He was there every step of the way to treat, advise, and encourage me, and he never gave up on me even at times where I personally felt like giving up on myself. He took the time to answer my questions, address my concerns, and assess my condition as we progressed through treatment. I am happy to report that although I still go in regularly for treatments , i can once again carry on with my daily routine with full mobility and practically no pain or numbness, and have also been able to return to the gym, albeit with a few restrictions at the moment. Given the amount of discomfort and pain I was in the first three months after the injury, I had lost vision, and hope of a pain free life, where something as simple as getting in and out of the car would no Longer be a struggle. But with his extensive knowledge, experience, and what I like to call his "magic touch,"he did it! He put me back together, and he surely can do the same for you. So if you are in pain, and considering Covina chiropractic you can stop searching, and start healing. Theres a reason people drive from as far away as Orange County just to see him. He IS the best!

If you are desiring top notch quality care and treatment with positive results from a chiropractor, Covina Chiropractic with Dr. Mata is the place to go! I came to this place two years ago after researching chiropractors in the area to treat a postpartum sciatic nerve ailment. After receiving feedback from medical professionals that this most likely would be a chronic issue, I was a bit skeptical that chiropractic treatment would be a long term solution. However, I knew at least I would have some relief in the short term. I was relieved and pleasantly surpised to learn and experience short term relief as well as long term success in allieviating the problem under Dr. Matas care! To begin with, Dr. Mata was able to determine the origins of the pain through the initial consultation which included x-rays. He did a thorough explanation of the problem and explained it in a way that helped me to understand it. He worked out a plan with me to treat the sciatic nerve issue as well as related issues. From that point forward, I was able to find relief and resume physical activities such as playing tennis without any problems. I recently just had my second child and did not experience any problems with the sciatic nerve or any back issues for that matter! I now go to Dr. Mata for an occasional adjustment which I love! As for Dr. Matas professionalism, he is very personable and demonstrates genuine care and attention not only to the problem but to his patients. I always feel comfortable in his presence. He welcomes feedback and questions and takes the time to address them. His office staff are gems as well and one always feels welcome! I highly recommend Dr. Mata for all chiropractic needs!

Im so fortunate to have Dr.Mata as my Chiropractor. As I tell my co-workers I wouldnt be here working with you without chiropractic. It is so much more beneficial to me than Physical Therapy. He gets to the root of the problem at that moment not the two or three weeks it takes for physical therapy to kick in maybe. Dr. Mata is such an expert in his field that I dont even have to tell him what is wrong . He can quickly examine my spine and tell me whats wrong spot on every time. I have tested this time and time again. Its so amazing like hes a magician. Actually he is. No joke. I have had sciatic nerve issues but after seeing him Im instantly so much better. I may walk in limping and bent over but when I leave Im walking straight up and ready to seize the day. Thank you dr. Mata for making a tremendous positive impact in my life and keeping me put together. I have been seeing Dr Mata since my son with eight years old. My son is now 22 and sees him when needed also. He spranged to his back last year on the job and went to see Dr Mata. He has not been back because Dr Mata fixed the problem right away. The office staff is also excellent very friendly and helpful. They feel like family. I could write a book but lastly I want to tell you about the analgesic that he invented himself for minor aches and pains that have been much more effective than the other brands in our family. I have been visiting Covina Chiropractic for approximately eight years. Here are some of the reasons: In the past I was having a deal of neck, upper shoulder issues and was uncertain as to the proper remedy. However, I was recommended to visit a chiropractor and I did. I wanted relief from the ongoing pain and a permanent solution. Therefore, over a period of time, I began to feel better and noticed a difference in my posture as well. The adjustments effectively aligned my vertebrate and for maintenance purposes, I have monthly tune ups. These visits ensures the nervous system continues to performs properly. Also, another benefit is that my overall health has improved tremendously. Not only that, but I love visiting the office. Doctor Mata and his wife, Adriana always greet their patients with a warm smile, hello and truly demonstrates they genuinely care and is interested in us. At times their patients receive warm hugs. We feel loved. This is a rare case in this cold world we live in as well as my experiences in the medical field. I encourage anyone to please visit their office and encounter the same experiences and I guarantee you will want to return. This is The "Best" Chiropractor in Covina, I highly recommend him, and a gem of a find! I have suffered for years of back pain, and I have seen many chiropractors throughout the years, but Dr. Olman Mata is the first Chiropractor that has really helped me get the pain cycle. I could not bend my back, or pick up anything off the floor, and I thought I would be like this for the rest of my life, unfortunately this caused severe depression because I am not that old, but I felt like I was 90. Within a month I could bend my back, and tie my own shoes. He is all about getting you healthy and keeping you healthy as well. I needed to get nutritional help as well and without me even asking he directed me in the right path so I could get additional help. I cannot thank Dr. Mata enough for all he has done for my back and well being. If you need a "GREAT" Chiropractor see him you will be amazed at what he can do for you and your family. He is great with children as well. If you feel as bad as I did once, you deserve to a great doctor that can help you, so give him a call and find out what he can do for you!
