Ive got to the point where I must write a review! Ive been going to this doctor since 2009 and its 2015 now! All my kids are with her as a care provider, but NO longer. Her office has become so unorganized with staff and appointments! This place is kind of sad now. I had to wait for 2 hours to be seen because I didnt have an appointment, mind you my daughter just got of Childrens hospital and needed a follow up. She still had a fever of 103 and she was never seen, Dr. Mehrotra even stated to me that they triage their patients, that was a lie! a child of a 103 with rashes and you didnt want to see her. This is not the first time this has happen to me, another time they left us in a patient room waiting for 2 hours because they forgot we were waiting for a shot. This happen after I just complained that they take to longer. The doctor didnt even apologize. I have more stories, but that is all Im gonna say for now. Good luck with ever seeing the doctor while she continues to recruit more patients from Clovis hospital when she doesnt even have the time to see them.

Dr. Mehrotra took good care of my daughter since she was born in clovis community hospital 2013, thats why I chose to stay with her. Loved her original office across Fresno community hospital, but then she moved offices to Fresno St and willow/herndon. The fresno one is so temporary looking. Sadly, BOTH of these offices have poor customer service. The one on Fresno St, nurses/assistant nurses dont know what theyre doing and are rude. The girls at the desk are nice though, unlike the one blonde girl at the willow office. The moment I walked in with my daughter, she had the most unfriendly and ugly unwelcoming expression on her face. She was beyond rude and spoke as if she was trying to just get rid of us in their office. Either way, theyre getting paid, theyre just workers not doctors, definitely in no position to be acting the way she did. Therefore were discontinuing our visits w/either office.

We LOVE Dr. Mehrotra!!! She is not only very kind and loving, but is very well educated, knowledgeable, attentive and detail oriented!!! Her diagnosis is always correct and treatment recommendations are efficient. Even the specialist consultations didnt give us any better treatment options. There are very few doctors unfortunately, that we can completely trust, and Dr Mehrotra is one of them! She has taken care of our 2 girls from the birth,starting at Clovis Community Hospital and she is still our most favorite pediatrician. You can completely trust your child to her and her wonderful office staff!!!

I do not see her, my children go to the office on fresno street, where we see her two nurse practitioner (Erin, Roberta) who are awesome by the way! I love them, not long wait, nurses really take the time and talk to you, and ladies at the desk are so kind and sweet. The only con I have is they dont really take walk ins, so if its an emergency I just take my kids to the hospital, which has been working out for me. Ive met Dr Nidhi one time at that was at the hospital when I delivered my son, all the nurses there love her and said good things about her and how they all take their kids to her.

I have taken my son to the office in Fresno for the past two years. I had no issues until two days ago when their "doctor" in the office told me my son was fine. He checked his ears and throat. My son has had a fever and been throwing up and also has an ear infection. I DONT CALL THAT FINE. They dont care about the patients. And wouldnt get me another appointment to see the doctor to further check up on my son. This is by far the worst medical professional I have ever dealt with. And would never recommend taking your children to any of their offices. Im absolutely disgusted.

Dr. Mehrotra is a wonderful Doctor, she remembers everything about my children. She is kind, personable, patient and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. She diagnosed my son with his gastrointestinal issues when the Doctor before her had no idea what was wrong with my son. She has even called me to check on my son when he had all his issues. She is AMAZING!!!

Dr. Mehrotra her self is absolutely wonderful! Shes very caring and my son just loves her, as well as the nurses but the receptionists are a different story completely. They were very rude and I had an emergency happening with my son and all she said was she would get around to it. Now dont get me wrong I AM recommending this place!! Just not the lobby area lol

She is fantastic! And she truly cares about getting to the bottom of whatever is making your child sick. My daughter was one of her first patients here in Fresno. She is smart, and I am greatful that I came across her, I have recommended her to many of my friends and family.

Loved the personal attention of both the doctor and staff!! Very thorough, friendly and understanding. They allowed me to go in as a walk in before their lunch was even over! I highly recommend this doctor!
