LSK - July 9, 2011 I had a very positive experience with the AEC. I brought my cat, Samra, in the Sunday prior to the July 4th holiday. She was very ill. I found the staff to be highly professional and efficient especially considering the high amount of pressure and stress they must undergo on a daily basis. The clinic was very busy and the waiting room was full when I came in. Even so, I was pleasantly surprised to be called into a room within an hour. The vet, Dr. Williams, was very compassionate and caring. She even called me at 9:30pm (before she got off shift) to let me know how Samra was doing. I was kept up-to-date every step of the way with Samras progress. The only drawback was that during the day it was difficult to reach the staff by phone, however, even on the out-take form I received, it had a disclaimer mentioning that due to high volume they may not be able to answer calls. When I came back two days later to pick Samra up, the staff again was very pleasant, professional, and expedited my check-out. I think the vets and the staff deserve kudos for working under such intense circumstances. Thank you so much.

If possible, never bring your pets to this hospital even it seems emergent. Call other reputable hospital to make appointment and normally they can check your pets timely. The doctor and assistants are impatient. After 2 hours waiting, they did not tell you anything about the pets condition but ask to leave it for hospitalization. They do not have any suggestion or prescription. I even had to ask them for the medicine. The stuff there are rude, I dont think the really care about animals. They only care about MONEY

Dont go here, ever, they dont care about your animal just your money, they turned my dog away last night with a severe laceration that they said definitely needed sutures because I couldnt afford there ridiculous prices. There not animal lovers they are money grubbing people who dont care about your animal. No matter how much I pleaded with them to help my dog they just stared at me waiting for my credit card. I hope this place gets shut down.

About 1year and 1/2 My dog got ran over and had a deep cut in his head. He was bleeding excessively, not only were they the only clinic open .They also treated my dog very well even tho he is a pitbull, he got X-rays, stitches, medication and follow ups done. My dog is all better now thanks to them .
