I went in to this clinic because I was in a desperate need of medical care and tired of my regular doctor not taking the time to examine me and get me the proper treatment. I was lucky enough to have gotten doctor David lozano who really took the time to actually listen to me and had me run different blood tests and x-rays etc. My tests were back in less than a week and it turned out I did actually have an underlying condition which was causing all of my symptoms. While the wait times are a little long which is to be expected from any urgent care, it was worth the wait because doctor lozano really is compassionate and kind and cares about his patients. I would recommend this to anyone looking for more than just a prescription "band aid" and wanting real treatment. lucky enough to have gotten doctor David lozano wh

Worst doctors office ever. Theyll assign you any doctor that is available. I tore my Achilles Tendon and the first doctor never even looked at my foot, just told me i needed an MRI. Then when i went back 2 days later that doctor (a different one) said i needed an X-ray and why didnt the first doctor order one. When your results come in for anything they will not call you and let you know there in. You have to call them. The back office girls are rude and have an attitude for any little question you have. Highly do not recommend this office to anyone! Id rather go to Tijuana and see a doctor there than come back here again!

This office is horrible, I was sent from the Fontana office to this one and much much worse. I waited over 4 hours and asked to speak to the manager and she was so rude. She just completely handed me off to the so called supervisor Sandra and she was even worse. They did little to help me. The staff here is just unpleasant and horrible. This place is a joke literally; I feel bad for whoever works here. I wouldnt recommend going here EVER. The managers and supervisors of these facilities are jokes and need to be replaced by people that actually will look like theyre in like with the job.

Those of you complaining about the poor service over the phone are not alone. Theyre "brief" music interlude continues to apologize for the hold. But you are all absolutely right. If you ask for a manager or dont answer the receptionists questions to their satisfactory, they will place you on hold with hopes that you hang up. Im glad I had the opportunity to read the reviews while I was on hold. It was very revealing and I also plan to file a complaint. I doubt it goes anywhere, but this business is not one I would want to patronize. Find another similar business.

De lo peor que he recibido en atension , tienen a un doctor , que nos trato sin etica profecional y ademas es racista. Tube que pedir me regresaran el dinero y fue un problema.si no te haces el examen de orina simplemente no sabe que hacer, segun me lo dijo el a mi.

I will definitely never return here. Its the worst doctors office Ive ever been to. The staff is unwelcoming and disorganized. They dont take appointments so youre forced to wait for hours. The doctor was extremely rough and I ended up leaving in more pain than when I arrived. They misspelled my name, even though I corrected them multiple times, and sent my prescription (under the wrong name) to the wrong pharmacy after I verified the correct location twice. Completely wasted my time. I guess Ill be going to an urgent care at a different doctors office.

Today I went to take the flu shot I went at 8:20 a.m I waited 3 hours and 35 minutes and then I asked the cashier how much more time is it going to take and the cashier said can you fill in this papers so the I filld the papers and then I watid 1 hour and 45 minutes then they finally called my name to Take the flu shot until I got aut at 2:00 p.m the service was horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am never going in their again

Dislike the service there .....cashiers are rude they treat people like they hate their job. Also the refferal lady is even worse she is so ride ! The doctors they have there dont know what they are doing . They make u come for a doctors visit to fix a prescription or referral even if they make the mistake ....this clinic is all about the money and nothing aboit the patients. Dont know what type of clinic the owner is running here !!!

Although this practice has many bad reviews my experience here was fast and pleasant, I came in at 10am and the nurses told me that the doctor wouldnt see me until after 3:30 so i left to do my errands. I came back like around 3:00 and was immediately called and seen by a doctor plus given shots and medication right there. Im also an out of state citizen and paid a decent amount. Thanks for your help :-)

I came in as a new patient Terrible service at this clinic, 3 Hour wait girls are completely rude they seem to always be annoyed if you have any questions if you call you also have to wait anywhere from 10-15 minutes honestly I have visited multiple clinics and I have never been treated this bad and given such a terrible attitude I wouldnt recommend it to ANYONE!!!

This place sucks so bad its crazy...they were so rude and the doctor sucked. She didnt listen to anything I said at all..I even heard a patient who was in pain being told to call her own abulance because she has a cell phone in her hand...those people have some nerve...I would give them zero stars if I could...they suck so bad..

Horrible experience, my daughter needed vaccines, they have me wait for insurance verification (1hour) then they tell me the insurance company is closed and they cant verify. After that they cant take her in because they only do vaccine before 5:30 I left that place at 7pm what a waist of time. NEVER AGAIN.

I hate to come to this office they take for ever to take you in around 3-4 hours I just came get a doctors note so my son can go back to school cause hi had a virus and they couldnt to to much cause the doctor that seen him previous as not inn today this is some BS
