I met Dr. G last year at the Cypress Community Festival. I am so grateful that he reached out to me as I walked by. I had been in such sever sciatic pain for at least two years that I could barely walk. I also had migraine headaches often because I lacked sufficient rest. Dealing with such severe and constant pain left me exhausted, isolated, depressed, hypertensive, and wondering how I was going to take care of myself for the rest of my life. All that changed, however, shortly after agreeing to treatment. I felt noticeable relief immediately after the first treatment. In fact, I stood straighter, walked without such a pronounced a limp, and was able to stand for 5 minutes without wondering where the nearest chair was. I even felt like I was walking in someone elses shoes. Every person on staff from the front desk to the therapy rooms is polite and professional. Needless to say with consistent treatment and therapy I was able to regain my mobility and my enthusiasm for life. So if you are skeptical about chiropractic care, try Dr. G and Staff at Back to Care. Theyll make a believer out of you. They certainly made one out of me.

Dr. Goshtasbi was one of my first stops after moving to Orange County about 6 months ago. After my cross-country move I was in worse shape than a month before where Id been receiving routine chiropractic care. I was immediately impressed by his thoroughness in examining the source of my back and neck pain and it seemed he uncovered some old injuries from a car accident that were resurfacing and adding to my discomfort! I enjoy seeing a doctor(and staff) who is so genuinely caring and yet aggressively pushing you towards progress! He doesnt try to sell you lots of "extras" as many chiropractors do and Im happy to say Im on track to going more towards a monthly maintenance plan instead of where I was which was 3 times a week to get things back on track! Id definitely recommend anyone in the North Orange County area (hes right between Orange and Anaheim) see Dr. G!!

Dr. Goshtasbi is an amazing chiropractor. He makes sure that he does a complete examination before attempting to make any adjustments on you. After a thorough exam and consultation, he would tell me that he would try to make me feel better and become healthier. After years of lower back, neck, and shooting pain down my arms, I was ready to make a change and decided to follow his recommendation of seeing him a couple times a week this past summer. After just a month of seeing him I noticed significant improvement in the pain that I had. Now, only after seeing him for 3 months my pain has lessened and I am able to be on my feet longer without much pain. He is genuinely interested in all his patients from the interactions I have seen him have with all the patients that visit him. You really received personalized care at Back to Care Chiropractic!

Who likes pain! I dont. I was suffering with neck and back pain which was disabling and frustrating. Since receiving active treatment from Dr. Goshtasbi I have felt so much better.
