I had to go in on September 21st in the evening because all of the urgent care centers in the area were closed. My experience was unbelievable! When I walked in to the reception area, the registration clerk said "Oh great, here comes another one", and as I sat down to check in she took the papers in her hand, slammed them on the desk, and rolled back in her chair and said "Im not going to get anything done... They just keep coming in!". I looked at her and she said "Im not talking to you". I could not BELIEVE her attitude. She was SO rude! It was busy, but hello people, you work in an ER and people are scared, sick, hurting or anxious and the last thing you need as a patient is for this type of experience. Well, my horrible experience did not stop there. When I was taken back to wait for the Dr. I was FORGOTTEN! I was not discovered until the next shift change, which was SIX hour LATER! The new nurse asked why I had not been seen. I had to search their drawers to keep my wound from bleeding through the gauze and was tempted to hunt down a suture kit, so I could stitch myself up. After I was discovered 6 hours later, it still took 2 more hours to be seen by the Dr. and get stitched up. I want to support my local hospital, but this was unacceptable and unless its out of absolute necessity, I will never set foot into this hospital or ER ever again. I have filed a grievance with my insurance provider in hopes they are not over-charged for my 8 hour stay to stitch up a finger laceration.

This is the worst hospital I was in there for severe stomach pain the Dr I had was the rudest Dr ever I told her i wanted my husband to stay with me but she made him leave She sat there and told me that the er was a place for emergency only that i shouldve gone to my own family Dr. Then she asked me how many sex partners I had been with I told her Ive been married for 6 years to the same person she goes are you sure I said yes im sure. She asked me what I thought was wrong with me, im like your the Dr you tell me. My husband came back in after she made me feel horrible i was crying and as much pain as i was in i wanted my husband to take me home. They put meds in my IV 1 of the meds had me paranoid and made my body stiff i was freaking out i could hardly talk we tryed to find out what it was her nor the nurse would tell me what it was she did a pap on me without a nurse present she jammed that duck thing up there so hard and she poked my ovaries hella hard now im in more pain then i was yesterday. This is the worst hospital, worst dr her last name is Kuzma and nurse i ever let take care of me. She is mean rude my husband I are filing a complaint against her and the nurse that took care of me.Worst experience of my life.

I am very surprised and saddened by the negative reviews I am seeing for this hospital. thankfully I have never had to visit the E.R. so I cannot make a statement regarding that department. However, I have spent a week in Labor and Delivery where my child was born and have also got my daughters lab work done there. I was overwhelmingly satisfied with the service and care they provided. When my daughter was born, they made my wife and I feel as if we were the only ones there. Never did we doubt we were the center of their focus. The entire staff genuinely cared for our needs and held all our concerns in highest regard. The staff were angels. My wife and I were their for a week and they treated us amazingly the whole stay. They even let me (the husband) have my own bed each night... Also, my daughter has gotten labwork done there. We were in and out each time. The staff were exceptionally nice. More importantly they did an excellent job drawing blood from my four month old. I would highly reccomend birthing your child and/or getting your childs labwork done there to whoever is considering it

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went in with a high fever severe migraines and body aches and told them I was in methadone and they assumed I wanted pain meds which is completely wrong on their part. Come to find out later on I had a really bad UTI urinary tract infection and that is what caused the fever and everything else maybe if they wouldve taken the time to check my urine theyd know that instead of turning me away after only being there a short time maybe I was there 29 minutes at the most all they wanted to do was get rid of me. Even the doctor I saw at Petaluma Health said she noticed they didnt do anything for me. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone I have to go all the way to Sutter in Santa Rosa to get good treatment

Had to take our sister in law here for an emergency room visit. After waiting several hours they finally took her in. After several more hours she got IV fluids then another hour or so later she was taking for a CT scan then brought back at which point after several hours no nurse had come to hook her IV back up. Someone came to bring her dinner but failed to pay attention that both thinks they brought she was allergic to and then said thats all we have except gram crackers and string cheese which she said would be fine and an hour later still no crackers or string cheese. This is the slowest and worse care at a hospital I have ever experienced. You all need to evaluate what you think quality care is because you apparently have it backwards.

this is the WORST HOSPITAL I have ever been to In my life I came in on october 21st had my tooth looked at by a doctor and he gave me something for pain my tooth was broken I explained to Alicia over the phone on Oct 25th and told her my tooth couldnt be pulled til November 10th she told me to contact my doctor which couldnt see me for a week EXCUSE ME BUT MY MOTHER WAS CATHOLIC I THOUGHT COMPASSION CAME FIRST NOT LEAVE PEOPLE IN PAIN SORRY ILL TELL EVERYBODY HOW I WAS TREATED AND TELL THEM NOT TO GO TO YOU IT WONT LET ME LEAVE less then 1 star DONT FLATTER your self I still HATE YOUR HOSPITAL

Petaluama Valley is very unreasonable about there billing. We went for an emergency visit and never received a bill. We keep waiting and instead of contacting us directly they sent us to collections. I finally had to call to get a bill. I called them back after receiving the bill asking if we could do a payment plan with them they refused. Now we have to pay the collection agency. They are very unkind when it comes to people who are will to pay there bill.

This place sucks! I took my friend there and tjey told her she had and "internal virus" no help but tylonal. I then took her to kiaser she has a leisen on her brain!!!!!! They suck. Unless youre old and have a heart problem and rich you are not getting quality care. Go to St. Joesephs in Santa Rosa.
