Ive been taking my westie Scout to this veterinarian. Since. hes a puppy. I took. him. To the. Vet May. 13Th. FOr. Foxtail in his back paul thay treated him and thensent him home with pills to tack the day after Scout acts like hes loosen a ting on the pills I called the vet they tell me go to any pharmacy and get this pill thats sold over the counter so i go to three different pharmacy they all say they dont sell them over the counter so I called the vet back now they give me the vets assistant now she tells me to get a pill that is called something totally different so I asked the pharmacy what is this pill for he said for digestive i go back and called the veterinary and leave a message on voicemail confused and very concerned adout Scout altogether i just spent four hundred and 10.DO you think she called me back HELL KNOW Thats how you care about my pet you will never see him or me again HORRIBIL BUSINESS

I have nothing but great things to say about the office staff and the doctors. I have a VERY timid husky mix who gets car sick, fear pees around strangers and gets so anxious her little heart beats like its going to explode. The staff was so caring and gave her medication upon arrival to make her relax 110% (she couldnt stand up, but she wasnt afraid!) I love Arbor View so much, I have had my timid girl spayed here, she recovered beautifully and quickly!! I will be bringing my new husky in for her spay soon! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! I have dealt with 5 vet hospitals through the course of the last few years and this one surpasses the others in every way shape and form!! They are very kind and considerate of the animals and the humans that belong to them!!

Arbor View is very concerned with customer satisfaction. They go above and beyond to make sure pets and owners are treated with high regards. Recently I took my dog to have surgery, they were so nice to her and performed the surgery at a very competitive price and did an excellent job. My dog came home and was happy as ever. She did not seem like she was traumatized by the experience at all. They also gave us very detailed documentation of the procedures and care directions. The documentation even included actual photos of what they were performing during the surgery. They called the next day to check on her and ask if he had any questions. I am very impressed with the service of Arbor View.

I have always had good service when Ive gone in or even called in to talk with someone. They do care about the animal as well as the person with the animal. We have a do that started having seizures and just telling them about the episodes they new it was seizures. We finally remembered to get it on video and even without an appointment took it in to have someone view it and confirmed seizure. We have her on meds for it and in the last few months it seems to have pick up so now we take her in again to have blood work done and reevaluate her situation. Always willing to help as best they can even without an appointment. For general small questions and things.

Took our dogs here for heart worms and had Dr. Weidermire she was great, strongly recommend dealing with her. The bedside manner was great. But sadly on the last vist we had Dr. Lawor, she was terrible with our dogs, very cold. Told us we had aggressive animals and that they needed to be spayed. Two dogs that on their worst day might lick you to death. So rude, horrible attitude. Sad to see someone in that job that doesnt like animals.

I felt that they were a good vet clinic until they over looked a serious condition which was very obvious and resulted in putting my pet to sleep. When I questioned their lack of attention which caused my pet to needlessly suffer I was ignored. This, to me, is totally unacceptable for any vet clinic or hospital. I have changed vets and have found a good vet for the other pet in my life.

My dog Jack passed away and we were treated so well. Thank You for taking care of us. We have used Arborview for the last 5 years or more, they were so spectacular. We have a new dog, a puppy named Otis, I cannot wait to take him there for his first appointment. He is 9 weeks today. Thank you for all your hard work and how much you care about the dogs and their families.
