Searched long and hard for a new Dr. and Staff after grieving the loss of two of my babies ages 16 and 19 of illness in 2012. Criteria: Had to interact with love, compassion and gentleness to the parents as well as our fuzzy child and be totally transparent and informative to any queries regarding the health and well being of my new Kitten DALEWOLF. Waited awhile to deal with serious illness and upon equalizing - got our sweet little boy from the Helen Woodward Foundation, and found this office to be exactly the perfect group to care deeply and lovingly with all of us. It is a relief and a positive experience whenever dalewolf has had to visit the office. We are so fortunate Dr. B noticed, upon careful exam - an exposed tooth root - which could have created uncomfortable issues for dalewolf in the future. He was spot on and we immediately scheduled to have the tooth removed. Dalewolf bounced back within a few days to a happy, carefree little spirit and all due to the love and attention by the most loving staff and brilliant Dr. B. As a fuzzy child parent with issues, hearing & tinnitus being one of them, Dr. B gives great one on one contact for me to understand what is needed, and Dalewolf never complains when he is there. That is a huge plus, when our babies have the greatest sense of who is safe and who is not in the human world. We consider this office and this Doctor to be of the highest caliber in knowledge, interaction and gentleness. Best yet, all questions from we, the lay people are answered to allay any concerns we - who love our babies are experiencing. I have informed many looking for a new office for their babies to check it out. I give this office a very high rating as I have had the worst in experiences and this is the finest thus far. Give it check out people - you will not be disappointed, and your fuzzy babies will get the greatest of love, attention and care. Center Vet is awesome! Staff are always friendly and helpful, to both people and pets! You can tell they really want to make the visit as stress free as possible for everyone and really care about your pets health. We took our rescued puppy there for 3 years. We started with another clinic closer to where we lived, but once we found Center Vet in Mira Mesa we were willing to make the 30 min drive each time to go there instead. Dr. Bigelow helped us clear up a host of issues with our pup, including mange and several internal parasites, performed her spaying operation, and generally took great care of her. She is happier and healthier now than ever. It is easy to make an appointment, and they are very responsive and helpful. Dr. Bigelow also always takes the time at the end of each visit to address any concerns we may have, and he doesnt sell us on unnecessary products/procedures. We had such a great experience here that we even considered keeping Center Vet as our primary veterinarian after moving to Temecula. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Bigelow and his staff are simply the best! I have been bringing my labrador retriever and my 3 cats to Center Veterinary Clinic for several years now. The whole team really goes above and beyond to care for my pets. I definitely feel confident that my pets get ideal care here. There is also the personal touch of feeling like a part of the Center Veterinary Clinic family, and that means a lot to me. I had been going to a larger clinic in Poway previously, but felt like my pets were just numbers in the masses. I am so glad to have made the switch. Here, my pets and I MATTER. Its easy to get an appointment, very little to no waiting while there, Dr. Bigelow takes the time to answer your questions, and he and his staff are knowledgable, caring and organized. They are high tech, too, which I appreciate.

I had a great experience at Center Veterinary Clinic. The staff was very warm and welcoming to my dog. The doctor was very thorough in the exam and explained and educated me about everything. A treatment plan was presented to me and I had the opportunity to see what everything would cost before approving it. My dogs bloodwork was back later that day and Doctor Bigelow called and went over all of the results with me and got my dog on the correct medication. I was further blow away when the clinic called to check up on my dog the next day. When I had a question, I was able to email Dr. Bigelow or even reach him by phone. I have never encountered a clinic like this before and I felt the prices were very competitive with the surrounding clinics I have tried. They were more than willing to work within my budget.

Positively the best care you can get for your pet! We’ve been going to Center Veterinary Clinic for years for our dogs, cat and even our rabbit. They consistently offer quality care at competitive prices. The staff will always explain any recommended procedures and help to educate and inform prior to any treatment. I love their friendly, helpful approach. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Bigelow, he is fantastic. We have a very old dog that I’m sure is still alive because of Dr. B! They truly do treat your pet like a family member and it’s rare to find a business where the staff is genuinely concerned and committed. It’s this type of quality care that keeps us loyal clients!

I did a Yelp review totally forgot to do one on here! I wanted to say I love the gals and dr Bigelow! I had a horrible experience with mohnacky with my cats surgery and they were over pricing me on everything! I came here with a bit of skepticism from my previous vet but had an open mind and they were awesome! I got Winston my pembroke welsh corgi neutered here and they did a fabulous job! They took care of him and gave him all the medicine they needed for pain and loved him! He healed very quickly and clean! I will bring all my fur babies here! Thank you staff and Dr.Bigelow!

We have bringing our bull terrier Almond here since she was 12 weeks old. Dr. B is really nice and very knowledgeable. The rest of the staff is very friendly and you can tell that they all love animals. Weve brought Almond in here for annual check ups and vaccinations and they always treat her like shes their own dog. Weve had a couple instances when Almond was not feeling well and at home and messages to Dr. B would get a quick response and recommendation. Almond was spayed here as well and she recovered quickly.

Dr. B and the staff are so great. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable, but they show their compassion for pets and humans every time we visit. The office is a cheerful and welcoming place to visit. Cherie always comes out to visit with the dogs. Dr. B. is great at answering all questions via email or phone. He is amazing at "reading" animals and putting them at ease. He does a great job of including your wishes into your pets care. Cant say enough about them. I HIGHLY recommend them.
