Did have (now had) 2 kittens that are 2 weeks old, one girl and one boy. One of which (the girl) was practically dying in my hands, with no warning, to which i contacted this animal hospital to bring them in. My girlfriend had brought in both kittens, they checked on both, and said the girl just needed a shot of glucose, which they charged over 300 dollars for, and the boy was just fine. It is now 2 days later, and the girl is dead, and the boy has very low energy. We have had to go to a different animal hospital and are discovering whats actually wrong. Im leaving this here to let other people know the damage this "hospital" caused us. It turns out, these kittens were so backed up with poop, and their cores were about 3 degrees below, and this hospital neglected to check their temp, and told us they were backed up, and we were welcome to come back some other time for an enema. We are currently at united, where they put the survivor of the 2 on a special heating pad, and managed to stimulate the kitten enough to fully evacuate his bowels, no enema needed. Please beware of where you go, keep your pets healthy, thank you. Justin

Its a scam , I dont have another words . Went with my dog for test ( he was sneezing, but really small sneeze) , its was clear from the start , 60$ for appointment, i thought is really cheap. When the doctor saw him after 2 min he say that everything okay with him and he look healthy ( I didnt want to take medical treatment for him because he just 9 weeks old ) When I ask for the bill I saw 187$ , I ask for what , they add to my bill ( without let me know !!!!! ) 2 treatment against sneezing ( aggressive treatment twice a day ) when I refused to buy it , they try to convince me at least to buy something against coughing, I told him that he dont have coughing , and specially when you said his healthy Im not find any reason to buy the medication. Instead to get a care treatment to my pet I found my self in the middle of sale technique. If you really care about your dog , DONT GO THERE !!!!

Came in at night with my dog who had diarrhea $120 office visit, fine. Vet tech leaves and comes back with a bill for $2200-2800 and when questioned said,"Well most people have pet insurance so they dont really care."

Employees are friendly and the facility is pretty large I just wish they had a larger free dog mingling area.
