Brought my dog Charlie here for an emergency visit. He hadnt been keeping any food down for 24+ hrs. I was able to get an appointment during my lunch break- and the staff were very friendly. Dr. Smith was very knowledgeable, and forthcoming with the possible causes. He offered several action plans, and I chose which best fit my budget. I spent more than I intended to on this visit-- and my issue was resolved within 48hrs. At this time overnight stays for your animal are not available, so if overnight observation were needed Id have to take my dog to an emergency vet-- hefty price tag. I was satisfied with the service, and how knowledgeable the staff and veterinarian were.

My dog and I have come here for several years. We tend to get whichever vet is available, but they all seem to know what theyre doing. Theyre very friendly, and my dog stays relaxed when going there. Since my dog is getting old, he now has a long list of relatively harmless problems. Theyve been great at explaining each problem and what I should look for. So far, they havent had to do anything serious, but I plan to take my dog to them for treatment when it does happen.

While I like the Vet. who was very patient and kind with my dog, their front desk customer service is spotty. My last visit was on 7/25/2017. At the time I asked for an estimate for teeth cleaning. They capture all the necessary contact information, but have never followed up. Till Aug 5, I still havent heard from them. I can only give them 3.5 stars for that.

I was felt like they were trying to guilt me into running useless and expensive tests when my dog got sick. When I asked if she seemed fine now - they said yes. When I asked what the test would tell me, they said why she got sick. If the dog is better, really dont care if it was something she ate or a virus. No more tests thanks.

Weve taken our big dog here for lump diagnosis (cancerous) and treatment, for injuries, and basic maintenance. Weve been VERY happy with Dr. White and all the staff. Theyre all competent, knowledgeable, comforting and, as important as anything, sweet to our pup.

Ive had a great series of experiences with this group. Theyre wonderful to my dogs and they never try to upsell me on stuff I dont need, which I really appreciate. Theyve also helped me resolve behavioral issues.
