I took my cat in for the vaccination clinic to save money. I will NEVER take him back there again. I will pay the inflated cost from a regular vet before I subject him to that kind of treatment again. The tech responsible for getting him out of the carrier was rough, callous, heartless, and indifferent. To be sure she had a good hold on him, she had a huge handful of his ruff and then TWISTED it, while she had a death-grip on his spine. My cat is ten years old and special needs. I TOLD the tech not to treat him that way and I was blocked by her from getting to him so that I could calm him down. When we got home, it took five hours for him to come out of the carrier. It may be cheap to get the vaccinations there, but I feel like I paid a high price for the loss of trust my cat will have from now on.

Their fishtanks were absolutely filthy and all the fish were sick. There was thick films on the top of the water and brown algea all over. I wasnt asked if i needed help once and all the fish they had mixed in a tank were species that cant be mixed so alot of them were beaten up. It took every inch to not scream at the care taker or manager . Neither should have their job

Took my 2 chihuahuas for vaccination package last Saturday. Very happy with service. The Petco staff and vet were pleasant and treated my girls like their own. The wait was shorter than stated, but I could have strolled through if I had gone later ( everyone piles in early).
