The employees there only care about one thing...their paychecks! I took my dog in because she had bumps on her skin- they told me it was not a problem and would go away on its own it was probably a bug bite. After it didnt go away I took her back and this time they told me it might be an allergic reaction and gave me an ointment to put on her for about two months while it went away. Two months passed and still the bumps were there. I took her back again and they told me nothing was wrong but they would take it away if I wanted. I agreed to take it off to find out it was cancer! Of course they didnt get all the cancer because they did not take off enough of the surrounding skin so, they had to go in and do another surgery. When I brought to their attention that it had been aalmost a year process they said sorry but there was no way they would have known it was cancer. Later on she had a few more bumps grow and I took her to another Banfield- only to find out there is a test they can do to check if it is cancer from the start! When I tried to contact them about the issue they never cared. They took it as an insult that I was complaining instead of realizing that I put my dogs life in their hands and they completely failed her! Ive had other issues with them as well. They are rude, they forget to call you to tell you your pet is ready for pick up. They schedule a time for you and they will make you wait but if you are more than 5 minutes late they automatically cancel your appointment and still charge you!

I had been having a hard time finding anyone willing to help my dog with any kind of urgency, we moved here from Phoenix fairly recently and I had not had a chance to find a vet. My dog has severe hip dysplasia and had injured himself, he is in obvious pain. But no vet in the area was willing to see him sooner than Monday without me having to shell out a ton of money for an emergency vet. I called here and one of the doctors agreed to see my dog early tomorrow morning, despite the fact that I am not a regular customer. That is how you know someone really cares about animals. They likely have a repeat customer in me, and I am eternally grateful they actually cared.

Took our pet in for normal teeth cleaning. At 7:45 am. They left him in a cage with no food till around 5 pm. This not right. If you love your pet like we do. DON"T take him there.There is a great place just down the street. Our other dog was taken to the several months ago. She had bulges on here skin. They said OHHHHHHH dont worry about it its only fat. 3 months later she passed away from CANCER. If they had anyone there that had a brain they would have done tests to catch it. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place place did more than enough for me and my puppy Korra! They watched her after her surgery and took care of her for multiple days after the fact to make sure she was well. Dr.lawless, Frank, and many other doctors (I apologize I dont remember everyones name) looked out for me as well as her the entire duration of this whole ordeal! I will always take my dog here I will always recommend them this was the best experience I have ever had! Thank you all so much you all know who you are what you did for us ment more to me than you will ever know!

The team at the Aurora Banfield are truly beyond wonderful!!! Our Jack had hurt himself and the vet he had went to all his life would not see him...they were too booked. So I called Banfield and they saw him right away! Unfortunately he had a cancerous growth in his shoulder that was fatal. For the remaining weeks of his life the team at Banfield took beautiful care of him and helped us greatly with his passing. I love the team there and without a doubt they are fantastic!

We have been here several times as my pet is on a health plan offered through Banfield. Everyone has been kind and helpful. We got my dog spayed at this facility and she was very nervous but they treated her very well and we never had any issues! I have requested they send her records to the groomer and they did so promptly. This is a great facility and its very convenient to have a pet store, vet, and groomer all in one location.

My dog has been sick for 3 days. I have been to this Banfield everyday to find a different vet, a different diagnosis, and a different prescription. Their opinions ranged from an object lodged in his stomach -- surgery--- constipation. I am so frustrated because I have a insurance plan with Banfield but these vets are going to end up killing my dog. DO NOT take any animal you love to this facility!

I took my pet there once and I had canceled the sevices a week later and thought it was canceled and a year to two years later started getting collection letters in the mail saying I owed so be carfull what u sign they cant even fix it and Im not even using there services and being charged double for the one visit I did bad severvice and lied about canceling my plan

These guys are the worst. Big rip off. Unnecessary surgeries recommended. Misdiagnosed problems... Then they laugh in your face if you ask for refund on their biggest ripp off "their pet health plan" take your pets anywhere but here.
