My last visit is exactly why I dont trust vets. Came with 2 dogs with diarrhea, they tested their poop and told me they found giardia. Ended up being charged over $300 for a bunch of antibiotics. Me being a person who only takes antibiotics in a life/death situation (because of how much harm they do) I took my dogs and more fecal samples to another vet the next day to recheck their poop, and they didnt find ANYTHING. Then to another vet the day after, who then sent out their fecals to the lab. And ALL the results came back negative for giardia (and everything else). I felt scammed so I went back to this clinic to return all the medicine and get my money back, which they did, hence the extra star. Oh and the dogs were fine the day after my initial visit, turns out they chewed up some leaves of this house plant I have that I later found out be toxic to dogs. Glad I listened to my gut and didnt poison them even more with antibiotics.

My dog was up all night coughing and throwing up from kennel cough. I was really worried about her and I was frantically calling around to different vets to find one that would take her on a Saturday. (The vet I usually go to told me that they were full and would not have time to see Marley that day. They said I could come in as a walk in but I was guaranteed to wait a few HOURS.) I called Animal Clinic of Parker and talked to Stacy. She was awesome! She told me that she could take Marley at 9 am. That ended up not working out and so she called some patients to see if they were for sure coming in. One of the patients canceled and she called me right away to let me take that spot. She went above and beyond to get my dog seen and taken care of. Im so grateful. Im glad I found a new vet that will be willing to take care of my dog even if it is at the last minute.

Dr. "Bruce" (as we call him) gave our puppy Pal his first examination when our regular vet clinic in Parker couldnt see him - it was on Saturday morning just after wed brought our little guy home. We needed to have Pals well puppy exam within 48 hours of the purchase. Bruce did not have an office yet in those days so he came to our home and examined Pal on our back deck. That was 17 years ago. Bruce saw Pal through cancer when he was 6 and he lived another 6 years cancer free!! Pal is now gone but everyone in the clinic still talks about and remembers him. ALL our pets are patients of Bruce and his staff. There simply isnt another clinic anywhere that I trust like I trust Animal Clinic of Parker. Thank you so very much for your caring, loving, precise, and professional way with all animals...Annette

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a vet in the 15 years Ive owned my own dogs. I took my dog in for removal of a growth. I ended up having to take my dog back three ADDITIONAL times to get all of the stitches out. They kept missing one here or there. Id get my dog home and calm and go to check the incision site and Id find another stitch and have to go back. Seriously, dont they keep track of how many stitches they put in! I found another vet to the level of animal care to which Im accustom. I only wish I had found my new vet sooner and never considered this vet!

The vets here are wonderful. Even most of the staff is great. The woman who manages the front desk has to be the NASTIEST woman Ive ever met. She has screwed up my appointments 2 out of 4 times and publicly blames me, once to the point that my own mother had to intervene. Shes a cruel and bitter woman who needs a reality check and my contribution is to take my pet elsewhere. Vets should be kind, gentle, animal loving environments. I dont need to be treated like the scum of the earth and neither does my pet.

We have been taking our pets there for more than 15 years. Dr. Bruce and his staff have helped us through three deaths, major surgeries and just plain old itching with kindness and excellent service. I have never ever had a negative experience. They are all efficient, professional and compassionate. I would never think of taking our pets anywhere else.

Dr. Wesly and the staff was the best. We took our little dog there this morning and everyone was extremely nice. They got our little dog right back as she was in pain. They took their time and talked to us and explained everything to us. We have found our vet here in Colorado.

The staff is wonderful. But their prices have gotten way out of hand. $58 for an in house stool sample? $500 for a small dog spay? Over $100 for boosters and rabies? They may be very friendly and professional, but you need deep pockets to bring your pets here.

I would highly recommend Dr. Smith and his staff. They were absolutely wonderful and extremely informative. Answered my concerns and gave me some wonderful tips on how to continue to care for our pit bull. We will definitely be returning!

Dr. Bruce Smith is "The Best" Veterinarian I have ever used! The front desk is efficient and friendly, plus the atmosphere is calming and comfortable! Everything you could possibly want, to care for your pets/fur babies!
