I have so many reasons to love Dr. Shields and his staff!!! 1. They LOVE my kids and he takes time with each of them EVERY TIME WE COME IN (and he remembers things they like, things about their personalities, etc... does it get better?)! 2. After YEARS of not going to a dentist regularly, Dr. Shields and his staff were respectful and did not shame me (this was a WHILE ago.... but it made a HUGE impression on me)! 3. After eating my kids crappy taffy from Halloween, I needed to have a crown reattached... they got me in ASAP and didnt charge me to replace it. 4. I ALWAYS feel valued and important... Dr. Shields and his staff usually have me laughing while Im being treated! Im pretty sure that is NOT normal! I can not say enough about how much I appreciate and am grateful for Dr. Shields and his staff!

I have been a very happy patient of Dr. Shields for the past 20 years. The terrific team of Michael Shields, Michelle, Cindy and Leigh is totally dedicated to promoting my dental health and comfort. Dr. Shields is incredibly focused, innovative and up-to-speed on new technologies and techniques. Hes also (as are they all) a lot of fun to talk with and listen to (a good thing when youre a captive audience!). Each member of the team is highly knowledgeable and motivated to help me keep my teeth and gums in excellent condition. This has been my best experience as a patient in a medical/dental practice!

Dr. Shields is an excellent dentist with a wonderful and professional staff. He is current and knowledgeable on the latest techniques and technology and has the latest equipment . I will agree with rad1ohead33 - when I lived there it was a rare occasion that I didnt have to park two or three blocks away and walk to my house because of clients and employees who lacked the respect to use the parking lot provided for them.
