I have been to this hospital three times in the past few months with my dog or cat. First off: Dr. Pampreen has quite a few rescue animals that call his practice home. Anyone who helps animals just to help them is cool in my book. His receptionist is warm and personable. My cat saw him for a problem. They got her in same day. My cat is not an ideal patient, and Dr. Pampreen managed to do the whole exam without getting bit! He clearly "gets" animals. For shots, my dog is pretty jumpy on the exam table. Dr. Pampreens lovely technician came in and held my dog: BOOM she was still and calm. That girl is absolutely an animal whisperer. My dog also saw Dr. Pampreen for an emergency that required a minor surgery. They dropped everything to help my dog and she was home within a few hours. We are extremely grateful to him and his friendly, knowledgeable staff. Lastly, Dr. Pampreen advised against a couple vaccines that my dogs previous vet had insisted on. Dr. Pampreen explained why they werent necessary, but he would do them if I wanted. He passed on making money to benefit my dog. A bit pricey, but you gotta remember that youre getting an experienced, AHAA-accredited veterinary team that loves animals. They will absolutely take good care of your pets.

Just came back from the clinic, and cant be any happier. My chinchilla was well taken care of, and is doing great after a minor procedure. The staff there was both knowledgeable and friendly (as always), and Dr. Pampreen was a delight to work with. Ive been going to this clinic for years and its the only place where I would ever consider taking my exotic pets.

I have small animals (bunnies & guinea pigs). I typically go to another vet, but their vet who works on small animals was out. I found Marlborough Bird & Animal Hospital. They were able to get me in the same day, diagnosed accurately the issue my guinea pig was having, and were reasonably priced.
