The doctor there is passive aggressive rude and they will try to force their services apon you and guilt your wallet out for their over priced test. They also made a point to slander all vets in or around jacksonville saying with a inflated ego they are the only ones with a board certified vet big whoop lady you wasnt that person neither so you to was just a vet. Also made passive aggressive comments about my bird well lady i told you i just rescued it less then 24 hours ago. All in all do go there they try to guilt every penny you got and i left paying 3 times as much and felt like i did some thing wrong for rescuing this brid

Im active duty Navy and I was recently deployed to the Middle East. Even far in the other side of the world they updated me on my birds health and condition. They cared for her for 9 months and did a fantastic job. I once again left her in their care for a week and I was not let down. Ill always bring her here if I need to go out of town or if she gets sick.

I brought in a gosling that had just been hit by a car and asked that they see if they can help him. They were short, rude and acted like I was a nuisance then told me to take it to Hidden Hills Animal hospital. If I had a bird for a pet I would start with a vet that cares!

Excellent staff and Doctors we take our iguanas there and they have made them very well. Bonita and Anastasia are doing well thanks to Dr. Knight and Dr. Massey. We boarded them during our vacation and they were very well taken care of. Love this place.

My budgie got a concussion called them had no care for him said I can come in after four while my pet is throwing up and Cannot stand. When I asked for any way to help they said absolutely nothing just that the avian vet comes later today.

Have used Dr. Stevensons clinic for our exotic (parrots) for 10 plus years. Highly skilled in avian medicine. EBH also sees rabbits, chickens, rodents, reptiles, sugar gliders and all that are considered exotics plus dogs and cats.

The staff are extremely nice and take excellent care of my cockatiels! They even called to ask how she was doing, the other vets Ive gone to dont and did not fully explain what they were doing or why certain tests were necessary.
