My wife and I recently went here thinking it would be cheaper for my 2 year old dog to go here just for vaccines rather than another vet. I was wrong! The wellness plans are a joke. Ive been to several vets all over country and no one ever charged over $500 for vaccines for a completely healthy dog then said thats what we have to pay if we dont do the plan. The plan alone comes out to close to $500 a year just for shots everything else they claim they cover is bs. Like an abdominal screening? Our neighbor also did it and when their dog got sick they wanted $3600 for everything on top of the plan. And I do not like the fact they take dogs in back to do everything. Lesson learned should have looked into it more like on the consumer affairs site you will see all these complaints about this rip off program. Let me add that the vet and staff were very nice and this nothing in regards to them. This is all by corporate Petsmart, its just disgusting. Save your money and go to village or north Palm beach animal clinic. I wish I did.

Very professional and caring staff, I brought my dog in for his yearly check up. They were very compassionate and caring with little sarah and she was so happy with the staff there. The Veterinarian was very sweet and informative in going over on what my baby needed, she even showed me the amount I was saving by signing up on the wellness program and compared to other vets I have been to this one was by far the most cost efficient. It was a very thorough but quick appointment and I was greeted almost immediately by the assistant and vet after checking with the girl up front. I highly recommend here to anyone!!!

I used to LOVE this location of Banfield. Support staff is fantastic but they turn over vets too much. Drs. Feld, Flood and Rosen were incredible - but the new vet doesnt meet pet owners for well visits! I went once and she was too busy and the second time they kept trying to schedule a drop off visit even though I specifically said Id like to meet the vet that would be treating her. She might be a great vet - but dont we all want to see how a vet interacts with their pet???? Going back to the Lake Park store or may just cancel our wellness plan. I miss the other vets and support staff!!!

The doctors and nurses are extremely professional and caring. They make my Nervous Nellie feel loved and comfortable during drop off visits and she always leaves smiling! Any time I have ever had a concern regarding Nellies health, they made me feel just as comfortable as they made her feel. The Preventative Wellness Plan SAVED my bank account when I first adopted! I have NEVER, in my TWO YEARS of being a Banfield Client, had any reason to complain (and I have been to several locations). I recommend Banfield to EVERY animal lover I know!

The staff and Vet have been WONDERFUL with my new puppy! The wellness plan for a puppy I feel is a good deal and really helps a lot being able to make monthly payments. They are busy, but never too busy to explain things thoroughly and answer any questions.

Best vet I could have ever taken my rottweiler puppy to! The doctor is super sweet, caring, and its obvious she is dedicated to her job! Staff is great and I would recommend this vet to anyone!
