My last visit to Cypress Animal Hospital was incredibly disappointing. I have been here several times for my pet’s vaccinations and health check-ups with no issues. I saw a new vet I had never met before, Dr. Barton to get health certificates for my two dogs to fly out of the country. He instructed me I needed more than the health certificates and that I was going to have to get a letter from the USDA, he said he does this all the time in his West Palm office. I trusted him and went along with what he instructed. He gave several vaccines to both of my dogs adding up to $445, I went on my way with plans to go to the USDA office the next morning. He called me later to tell me the dogs need to receive these vaccines 10 days prior to travel and he would give me free health certificates the next time I need them, which were $90 for two, basically saying I was out $355. I would not have gone through with these vaccines and fecal tests had I known this but I trusted him as he told me he does this all the time. I ended up having to pay for boarding on top of the $445 I was charged for vaccinations right before Christmas. One of my dogs was really sick from the vaccinations as well. Incredibly disappointed with the dishonesty of Dr. Barton, I will never be coming to Cypress again.

I took my Yorkie to Dr. Mary because he had a tumor growing under his snout. He had a tumor in the same spot removed 6 months earlier at the vet across the street. It had returned, so I decided to try out Dr. Mary Hauser. The night of the surgery, after I took him home, he seemed much better than the last time. He ate his dinner and he ran up the stairs to bed. I couldnt believe it. He seemed so much better than after the last time.That tells me the lady knows what shes doing in administering anesthesia. Additionally, Dr. Mary said two words to me that I never thought Id hear a woman say..."youre right." That tells me Dr. Mary possesses the humility required for true intelligence. And that is what she is; an intelligent veterinarian. She impressed me greatly with her knowledge and her willingness to spend the time explaining everything to me (Ive been known to ask a lot of questions). She is superb and you should give her a try. Your pet will thank you for it.

Wow where do I start... I went to see my younger sister today and when I got to her house we noticed that her cat was limping. We both panicked since it looked like the cat was in a lot of pain by the sound of his meow. We quickly searched for a reputable vet to take him to. We headed to cypress animal hospital and when we got there they immediately started to look at our kitty even though we arrived at a very short notice. They were super gentle with him and at the same time they made us feel like we would be taken care of without having to spend a ton of money no matter what the case was. It took them about 20 minutes to figure out the problem and they had our kitty all fixed up with meds. The price was very affordable. I am so grateful for cypress animal hospital. I would highly recommend them for anyone elses pets. If I ever have another emergency with one of our fur babies, I will definitely be taking them here.. Thanks again! -Colleen

Cypress Animal Hospital is the best vet services we have received in years. We have been adopting greyhounds for the past twenty years. I have never been treated with such respect, & love for my greyhound VeeVee and now for our newest member of our family, Harley a beautiful little chaw. & Italian greyhound mix. Dr. Mary pours our such caring and love for both dogs. All of her staff is as loving as Dr. Mary is. Being recommend to Dr. Mary and the animal hospital has been quite a rewarding experience. She is very caring in her exams of our dogs and explains any conditions that come up. I will be taking both dogs to Dr. Mary for years to come! I will never forget how Dr. Mary climbed into our SUV to check VeeVee after her surgery. This was above and beyond by Dr. Mary & her devoted staff. Ms. Pam

Dr. Mary Hauser is a one-of-a-kind veterinarian. She pays special attention to each and every detail you state about your pet. Nothing is left to question when you leave the office. Dr. Mary Hauser goes out of her way to make sure you leave the office happy, and most of all your pet is 100% taken care of. Her receptionists, Brianna and Michele, are very pleasant and willing to assist you with all of your scheduling and purchasing needs. They are very informative on Royal Canin products. Their technicians, Candice and Miguel, are very gentle with the animals and informative. Their kennel staff, Miriam and Darlene, are always smiling and wiling to assist you too. I would only take my pets to Dr. Mary Hauser and her office!

Arrogance and on their time. First, they cancelled a set appointment with my wife. So we rescheduled. I got there 15 minutes early for to drop off as I had a situation where I needed to get to another place. They wouldnt take our pets until exactly their appointment. The receptionist was as cold as ice and could care less. Just stone faced. So I asked for our pets records and left. Since Dr. Tarpley sold the practice a few years back, I feel the warmth, caring, empathy, and understanding, for the client has vanished. They are understaffed. Not a place I wish our loving animals to be at especially if we needed help in an emergency situation.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mary and her staff. The extra care, time, and effort they put in to my animals, you would think they are their own dogs. My oldest dog has a rare disease, Dr. Mary has come in on her off days to deal with problems that have arisen. They personally rushed her to a specialist in Ft. Lauderdale, when she had an episode that needed an specialist. I consult her on every aspect of my dogs health and her knowledge is always impressive. I am very grateful to have the Cypress Staff on my team and will not use anyone else..

We are so happy to have found Dr. Hauser. She is an exceptional care provider and we appreciate that she is so patient and we feel heard. Her staff is caring, gentle, responsive and professional. We have two French Bulldogs who we adore. We have chooses to care for them with both Eastern (wholistic and Western methodologies). Dr. Hauser is available and open to our choices in care. We have not always been met by the same curiosity and compassion locally. We have recommended her loving care to all our friends and wish her many many years of success and joy.

I have been so impressed with Dr. Mary and her staff. She is very thorough and has an excellent manner with both the human and animal clients. She is up-to-date on all the latest studies and a incredible amount of knowledge. I have Newfoundland dogs, which are a giant breed. Giant breeds are quite different from other dogs and require a very knowledgeable veterinarian. I am very particular about who I will trust with the care of my animals and I trust Dr. Mary completely. I highly recommend her and Cypress Animal Hospital to everyone I know.
