The vet did see my pet but failed a deeper exam on him, I cannot reach anyone in the clinic or even find hours of operation. My dog is still sick and the only thing they did was weigh him which I could have done and touch his stomach following with some questions, I came in because he had profuse diarrhea, not eating or drinking and a high lack of energy with sudden weight drop. No blood work was done no nothing they asked questions then gave him some pills which are not seeming to help. After the fist pill followed vomiting which immediately I cleaned and proceeded to call them and this was at 1:30 on Friday and got no answer I cannot get anyone on the phone or even a return call. I spoke to hot at the other side she said to take him to a vet the do business with but I cannot reach her either to have the visit authorized. IDK what to do but for people that live paycheck to paycheck and spend all their money on a unhelpful vet bill its a nightmare, my dog may possibly die and I cant get either center to answer or return a call. As a pet lover and owner this is devastating. Word of advice, unless they change the way its being ran....take your money but more importantly your babies (pets) elsewhere!

I took a kitten that Im trying to rescue there, after her checkup they prescribed her 1 medication, then told me it was "like Good ole boy medicine" whatever that means, told me to go to the grocery store for her other medicines, which were yogurt and saline solution. I followed the instructions to the letter! This kitten is still as sick as she was before I took her there! Feel kinda ripped off!!!

I have taken my dogs here for many years for general care. Shots & neutering/spaying. The folks at the Care Center have always been great to us and our pets. Very good prices. Im retired and have three dogs so their affordable prices really help out.
