I am a customer for a while with you. Today you not only wasted my time but lied to me. Few weeks ago, I was reading your reviews. One customer complained about her dog treatment. You took her dog for a shot inside and the owner waited outside for a long time. I called you and you and asked if you change your policy about this, because I always want to be with my dog when she gets any kind of shots. You denied the truthfulness of this review, and told me that the owners are always with their pets when they get shots or for any other reason. Today, my 9:00 am appointment took until 9:30, for technician came and asked for my dog. I told her that I would like to be with her. She was apparently was upset with me, and asked me to stay here until there is a room opening and left. People were going in and out from the rooms people who came after me were called in the rooms. I went to front office, I asked if I am being punished because of this incident. She denied that and went inside and came back and told me that "I am not being punished, surgeon is doing a surgery in the back, as if it is is related to the incident, and said for booster, I do not need a doctor nor I need a room, they will take the dog and give her the shot. The lady who came after me with a little dog also came for booster shot and she was taken to the room and waiting, so this was such an obvious lie. I left your place never to come back again. My pet did not get her booster shot today, I will go somewhere else. You will shrug your shoulders to this. But do not forget, you might have good doctors over there, but the techs and front staff make the difference. You lost me as a customer. That one star you got, not because of you deserved it, because I had to pick at least one star otherwise the program does not allow me to post this message for others to see and read. Shame on you!

What a crazy good experience! Our kitty, Catie Cat aka "Meanest Cat in all of Clermont" (Thats her Cat Wrestling nomenclature) ;) woke us up at 6:30 struggling to walk. It looked like her back hip was injured. I drove to 4 Vet clinics in Clermont. All stated that they opened at 7, 7:30, etc. but no Vet available until 8 or in one case 9:15! I then made it to CAH and the receptionist was welcoming, kind and immediately ushered us in as a Walk-In. As soon as we walked into exam rm 2 a Tech walked in, took Caties vitals and introduced the Vet. It was truly faster than if I would have made an appointment at our actual Vets office! (Our Vet was on vaca and in Bay Hill, no where near Clermont). The Vet (I think it was Dr. G? A blonde female, early 30s) was attentive, professional and reassuring. They put Catie under, took x-rays, gave her a complete exam and altho they said it would be about noon or 2 pm before pick up. I was called 1 hr later w/ a complete diagnosis! Crazy fast and a great experience--highly recommend! :)

So I had life issues with husband losing job and having to go into hospital for treatments, etc. so for the first time ever my dogs were not up-to-date so I called to make an appointment and the receptionist did not try to get me in at all. She said the first available was 9 days out and that they were "down one doctor" and busy. I said one of my dogs needed in quickly and she said nothing. So when I said that I would hate to have to change vets, she just said, "yeah" and "have a nice day". So much for years and years of patronage, not to mention LOTS of money because they arent cheap. Will start looking for somewhere else to go even though I loved the vets there!

I have been using Clermont Animal Hospital since moving to Clermont in 2002. The care and treatment of the four dogs who were patients has steadily improved . In the last five years , the care of Dr. Gravatt and presently Dr. Karcher is beyond words. The compassion and caring of Dr. Karcher is so very appreciated. The entire staff ,from Holley at the front desk, to all the wonderful and compassionate techs cannot be found in any other practice. They are extremely honest in their pricing and evaluations. They really care about our children. Please do not ever let DR. Karcher go!!! Gloria Fialkoff

We have a cocker spaniel that has every issue possible so we spend a lot of time at the vet. Clermont Animal Hospital is wonderful. They are so great with our pet every time we bring him in for his appointments. We have had his teeth cleaned, ears cleaned, you name it they have done it. I feel comfortable with bringing him in because they have always been upfront and honest with their suggestions on treatments. I am so happy we found such a wonderful vet in our community. I would strongly recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks for taking care of our baby.

Had to wait for quite some time due to emergencies that came in early but it was worth the wait. The clinic was immaculate​, smelled clean, and the staff was super friendly and polite. The doctor was very thorough and had a wonderful bedside manner. Informative and provided great options. Ive owned dogs for 20+ years and being new to the area, I was concerned. The exam she performed was the most thorough of any vet Ive taken any of my dogs to ever. Very impressed. Worth the drive and time spent.

Great help! I called today because my puppy woke up with her eye swollen shut and red. Since I decided to take her to a vet after work it was an hour before they closed when I called. They told me they would take her in 20 minutes later. The women at the front desk, the nurse and the vet were all very friendly. Since this is my first puppy I had alot of questions and concerns and they were more than willing to answer all of my questions and give me tips. Cost was probably about normal for a Vet.

I have been taking my dog to Clermont Animal hospital for over 10 years now. My dog is my baby and I would only take him to a place I believe gives excellent care. All the vets are caring, kind, and truly want to help. And the support staff is wonderful and caring too. Anytime I have called at the last minute with a concern they have always fit me in. And they always call to follow up and check on my Ty. I highly recommend Clermont Animal Hospital. And I am a picky customer.

I took my dog Lucky because he would lose urine when he slept and it was becoiming worse. Dr. Karcher gave him a thorough exam and rx for a pill. He is doing much better. I was suprized that charges were so reasonable. I was also pleased that they have posted in the room what a complete exam is from head to tale. Thats just what he recieved. I am a retired Radiology Tech. so my standards for care are very high. They are the best in this area. Thanks for all you do.
