I was very disappointed the last few times there, one time to help a friend that I had told about this clinic and the other. One of my pets. Id been going here for quite sometime and was pleased with Dr. Guilfed but then once I started getting the newest vet nothing was the same, everything was always a rush not very concerned with the animals overall health, no general checking of anything!!!Then refers to an eye doctor! Takes off!! Had to ask the assistant to please ask her to at least cut her nails, they were getting stuck in things and causing pain. She came. Back telling me unfortunately wed have to reschedule or wait around! I told her wed wait!!! And do you know they even charged extra!! Just the principal of it!! My dog is going blind!! 9 yrs old and NO COMPASSION!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. 5 is not enough... By far the best vets, techs, and staff Ive met. They are compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, and true experts at what they do. I cant say enough great things about Eastside. We have used them, and only them, for many years and will continue to do so. In addition to consistent and thorough "well" pet care year after year, they saved my dogs life last year after diagnosing a very rare disease. Ive since learned that this disease can masquerade as other problems and be next to impossible to diagnose yet they were able to diagnose it right away. Thanks to them he is still with us, receiving the treatment he needs to live a full life and will be with us for many, many years to come. I cannot thank them enough.

Horrible hospital/people. My puppy was very sick. I love my dog. I took her there as I had been there in the past. She was weak, and vomiting. She ended up having parvo. I had not slept for 2 days. I looked a little rough. The Dr. treated me like a 2nd rate human. (Im an engineer) My puppy tested a "slight positive" for parvo. After the Doc had left the vet tech came in and told me to walk my dog out the door, and to come back in for payment. Treating my dog as a leper. I understand she was very ill, but she was still alive, still breathing, still my puppy. Anyhow $2800 later my dog did finally pass. Im heart broken. I will never go back there again. That tech was an awful woman. My dog was my lil baby girl. Rubbish all!

i love it here. My dog had a bad case of cherry eye I had him on banfield with petsmart and they charged an arm and a leg for unnecessary tests took him here and they took very good care of him. He had to undergo 3 surgeries and unfortunately the eye was still severely bad, they referred us to an ophthalmologist for dogs but they were going to be so expensive, so we gave east side a call to get the number for rescue and by the goodness of their hearts they adopted my wonderful dog I am so grateful to have wonderful people that will take good care of my dog. He will truly be missed but im glad at the fact that he doesnt need to be put down or anything. Thank you guys so much. :) WE WILL MISS YOU DIESAL

While the idea of a pig wheelchair is extremely noble. You might want to take the advice of a pig farmer on this. That pig will suffer. Healthy pigs are known to wallow in mud, eat EVERYTHING they can get their jowls on (including but not limited to human body parts, wood, sheetrock, tires, trash, metal, barbwire, etc). Farm pigs (such as the piglet) are not to be domesticated or as "pets" once they mature. Sure, hes cute and pink right now. However, what torture is this poor pig going to face when it matures to a larger size and is unable to do what pigs do? (Wallow and eat.) As a D.V.M., I would have thought you would have known this. Its common knowledge among Swine Operations.

Excellent staff. They take care of my pets as if they are their own! Ive recommended them to many. Sorry parvo dog parent was upset at care received but its a super-contagious disease. Vets have to protect all of their patients, and it would have been irresponsible to let Parvo dog stay in the office. This person is obviously distraught over losing puppy but shouldnt take it out on the vet. The parvo reviewer should update review to indicate that the vet was acting appropriately by getting the dog out of the vicinity asap!!!

Horrible 1st time experience, ugh!! I asked for Dr. Geiler, whom was recommended and ended up with Diboot, the worst, uncompassionate Vet I had ever encountered. Both of my dogs were so traumatized by this negative experience. The assistant tech was choking one of my dogs so that she was losing oxygen and both of her eyes looked bloodshot!!! I began yelling for him to stop it and the vet began defending him while he continue to choke her and I had to step in and interfere. I will never recommend anyone to this place. NEVER!!!

My family and I have been bringing our pets to Eastside since 2002. Dr. Geiler is very knowledgeable and all of the veterinary assistants are compassionate to all of our pets. Weve brought 3 cats, 4 dogs, and 1 parrot to Eastside for all of their spaying, neutering, vaccinations, and regulatory check ups. I would highly recommend Eastside to anyone who wants top of the line care for their pets.

I needed assistance with a badly injured animal this week, and I was referred to Eastside Veterinary Hospital by a colleague. I was VERY impressed & pleased with their services. This is a top notch clinic and the staff are extremely friendly, yet professional. I would highly recommend them to others, and would use them again.

This Vet is very compassionate and not all about the money (unlike most operating businesses). Taking in wild birds is very rare and they did not hesitate to take in an owl on one occasion and a grebe on a second occasion.

They have been an issue very unhelpful staff refused to take a dog who was very ill telling me they were full. They have lost a client and have since moved to a better doctor. Horrible people...

After visiting several other Vets, Eastside Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Nikol Phillips, got it right the first visit. My dog "Bentley" is finally cured. He wont let me take him anywhere else.

Love Dr Geiler. Always very attentive and friendly. Been going to him for over 10 years. I have moved and still willing to drive the hour for his services. You can tell he really cares.
