My wife and I have been coming to Kindness Animal Hospital sense 2007. We adopted our first rescue, which was a malamute full-blooded, and have not heard back from them since. We split her time between Orlando Florida and Cape Coral Florida. Before I met my wife , of 10 years, we went to Waterford Lakes Animal Hospital in Orlando. We have taken two of our rescue animals there over the 10 years to be put down because of age. I myself have been in Cape Coral before ever meant one wife and with that and our first dog together I took two Kindness Animal Hospital. They have absolutely the kind of stuff that you will ever know. We had an issue with one of her first cats and he had a scratch in his eye. Dr. Green, who is ad the West location , took me in and was willing to show me everything within his eye that she saw. Ive never had another that do that. This is what sold me on them from the very beginning. Their staff is absolutely amazing kind and accommodating. Not only do they know who you are but they know your pet by name. Theyll do what they need to do to make you feel comfortable and make your pet feel comfortable. Yes they need to take blood or give your dog or cat shot and youre not comfortable with them taking them in the back they will do it in front of you so that you know exactly whats going on. These folks are the most incredible kindest staff that you would ever know in your life. The doctors weather you know them or not will be your best friends. They have no problem showing you letting you be there do what you need to do that you were comfortable with your pet within their hands. We have recommended them too many folks including my in-laws who have boarded their dog with them many many times. They are probably the most trustworthy kind and trustful people that I have dealt with in two different cities and four different counties.

Dear Dr. Morgan, Frankie, Autumn and Kindness Animal Hospital West staff, My wife and I would like to thank all of you for the gracious and kind treatment we received when we brought our cat Sandy in for his final visit on May 11, 2016. It was a very difficult and emotional time, especially for my wife, to have to make the decision that, in his own best interest, it was finally time to say goodbye. The gentle consideration exhibited by all your staff was more personal and heartfelt than we had any right to expect. While it did not assuage the difficulty of the ultimate decision, the empathy exhibited by all of you went a long way to lessen the resulting trauma. We would also like to thank you for your sensitive follow up. Dr. Morgans and Frankies sincere concern and sympathy could not have been more apparent. Autumns tear inducing emotional poem and the paw print memorial keepsake, while absolutely unnecessary, made us sure of our decision to come to you in the first place. You have all demonstrated a great love for animals, and we felt that you showed that to Sandy in particular. He had a wonderful personality and had never been any trouble at any time whatsoever. Sandy and my wife had bonded just as a mother and son. So it is with much gratitude that we thank you for making his last hour as peaceful, gentle and loving as possible. We still miss him, as does our other cat Susie, and we probably always will. Thank you all, from the bottom of our hearts, for caring for and loving our Sandy in his life, as well as in his death. Sincerely, Mr. & Mrs. Peter Perry

I have taken both of my dogs to this clinic since 1997 my Misty was 12 years old and needed to be put down in 2008 due to her medical condition, Dr. Salcito was unbelieveably nice, compassionate, and even cried herself as my dog had been her patient since we got her as a puppy at 8 weeks old. 3 days later, I received a sympathy card in the mail personally signed by the staff and her Doctor, what an amazing act of KINDNESS. When we would go out of town we boarded Misty there at Camp Kindness, and was always VERY well taken care of. Misty loved going there and loved the staff, she would run up to all the staff and kiss them. That speaks VOLUMES for this clinic. Fast forward to 2010 when I purchased my newest family member Rocky. We took him there and he had just the same amazing treatment from the staff and the Doctors. I have never felt more cared about, when they take such good care of my animals. I am truly saddened by the remarks of others on this review site. I have personally never felt that this clinic was less than amazing. I am a very hard to please person and would not trust ANYBODY else with my best friend. I feel that my dog is my best friend and child, he depends on me to take care of him and I will continue to give him the very best...so I will continue to take him to Kindness Animal Hospital West. Thank you to the staff and Doctors for being amazing!!

This is a wonderful clinic with very nice, caring veterinarians. I have had no issues with the doctors, and they truly seem to care about your pet like it was their own. My issue is their prices. OH. MY. GOODNESS. I had to bring my cat in for a UTI; it cost me over $250. Not happy, but fine. Thats not the worst part, though. I was told to come back in 2 weeks for a follow-up; I was also told that if the issue was not resolved, I would not have to pay, because its an issue theyve already addressed and were not successful. Well, I brought her in today, and the issue was actually worse. When I go to check out, I was told it was another $250. I told the receptionist that I was told its no charge if the issue is NOT resolved. She corrected me, telling me its no charge if the issue IS resolved. Yeah...... So, whats the incentive for them to remedy the problem in the first place then?!? If they have to charge such astronomical prices because they have to cover such high overhead costs, they could hire a few less bitchy receptionists.

Kindness animal Hospital is such a wonderful vet office. My girls, Roxy and Stella have only been treated at Kindness. Dr Boozer and Dr Salcedo have always taken great care of both of my girls. The Technicians, especially Frankie, know my girls on sight and always are warm and make a point to say hello. He never fails to share some tip with me on how to care for my pugs, whether it be, how to sneak a pill to them to how to help teach the little one to simmer down a little. He is always interested in how they are doing, what they are up to and if all is well. When I bring Roxy in, he never fails to ask about her sister Stella. The doctors have always taken great care of the girls as well. They keep them healthy and I am always able to bring them in. Additionally, the kennel services are first rate. I know my girls are so well taken care of when i go out of town. Ali is like a second mother to both girls. they love her and are always excited to see her! First rate service at Kindness - and I have been a customer for over 11 years!
