This was my first time since adopting Blackjack from a shelter taking him to a vet. I didnt know what to expect from him. He has an ear infection and when I would try to treat it with OTC meds, my normally loveable dog turned into a teeth gnashing demon. The staff at My Pets was phenomenal!! ☺️☺️☺️☺️ I chose them after Googling Pitt friendly vets and calling them, the phone conversation was what made me choose them in the first place. They werent all talk to get my business, they followed through with what they said. Even while waiting in the lobby for our appointment, the recieptionist brought Blackjack over some treats, and brought me a chocolate chip Otis Spunkmire cookie. Once in the room Olivia doted on him while getting a bit of background on the problem. Once Doc Rock joined her they got down on the floor and coerced him with cheese whiz. Doc did all the basics before tackling the personality changing ears. Once she got there he did start acting up, but she calmly slipped a muzzle on him while Oliva held him and made another attempt. When that failed they took him back to get another set of arms to hold his flailing back end. When they brought him back in the room he was all smiles and tail wags. They were so patient, gentle, and had no hesitations with my Pitt mix. I plan on getting my Shih-tzu in a patient soon as well. I almost never give a 5 star rating to any business.... I would give more if I could to My Pets

Earlier this month I took my bearded dragon to this office. Unfortunately, she didnt make it but the entire time the doctor kept her they were very patient with me calling them every couple of minutes and they answered all of my questions three days in a row (thats how long they were able to keep her alive before she passed). The vet called me after they closed just to give an update. They were always kind and amazing, I cant wait to take my other reptiles to them for regular check-ups. I also received a "farewell" card for my bearded dragon that had passed from everyone in the office. It really touched my heart.

Brought in the Grandkids pet rabbit for an emergency (saw him the same day)!!!!. Had a major cut on mouth that became infected. Looked like Fuzzie had the mumps and would not eat. They are the only local vet that treats rabbits and other exotics. Dr. Rothrock and Dr. Dixon were FANTASTIC. Stitched up Fuzzie, kept him for 2 nights so he could be feed due to swelling. !0 days later, Fuzzie is completely healed with his dashing Heidelberg scar and back with his mate Rosebud. Grandkids (4 and 7) are ecstatic and so are my wife and I. THANK YOU!

Walked in door at 12:00 to get comfortis for my dog that has severe allergies and Christina the front desk manager was on the phone with a customer and was being very rude with them. Another person was helping me and she put person on hold and said we are closed come back Tuesday. She said this is 3 time you have come in here at 12:00 I said no this is second she said I was lying that it was the third. Dont go here on Saturdays because she is always working all the other staff are great.

Our Petey has been a patient and boarding client for several years of Dr. Donna and her staff. Our experience has always been professional and courteous, giving me plenty of time to discuss his ongoing hip problems. Dr. Donna always gives me all my options, and I never feel pressured toward any type of solution. Also, when I pick him up from boarding, he doesnt want to leave! Petey and I love it here!

A few months ago I unfortunately had to have my dog put down. they had a nice little room for us to go into and the staff was very nice to us. made the whole thing just a little easier. what I really appreciated was receiving a card from them a week or so later. I really feel like they went that extra mile. I will also be using them for my new dog. I highly recommend them!

Very unprofessional. Had called about a snake that needed help and person on phone was not concerned at all for the being of my animal. Refused to answer any questions and when I described to her its an emergency situation she said they didnt have any appointments and hung up. Will NOT be taking any animals here

The staff is always helpful, friendly and inconsiderate of your time. Your pet will be treated like they are royalty. I have never felt like we were being overcharged or charged for anything unnecessary. My dog Gator loves his friends at My Pets Animal Hospital!!!

Dr. Donna and staff are fabulous always taking excellent care of both my pups. Very professional! The staff calls for follow ups after appointments and reminds me when the dogs need to have their shots annually. Highy Recommended.
