If money is not a problem for you, MAYBE she is a good option (and Im not sure, she couldnt help my dog at all). She just change the food (for one that she is selling $$$), no empathy with the costumer at all, no costumer services: first time that I call (they were so rude), its always a problem try to call them and they didnt call you to remind the appointment (even if you ask for). So we lost an appointment, they charge me U$55 for cancelation police and my dog is still with his skin problems. So, if you have SOOOOO MUCH money, time and patient she and her team is your option! Believe me, Im super surprise because they dont charge cheap at all (they are not doing any favor or charity for us) and in the same "veterinary complex" works other specialists that they are awesome!!! Maybe was a bad luck or I need (or I use to) an other kind of customer service.
