I had an extremely positive experience here. A representative by the name of Leticia Rodriguez is the reason why I would return to this specific store. She was very helpful, efficient, and polite. Her customer service was thorough and she fulfilled all my needs in a timely manner. It is rare that you find great employees that are committed to deliver such stellar service as Leticia did!

I came in as a walkin and they sure did make me feel like one I was pushed way to the back of the line I know I had to wait but the stares as I look up to see when I would be called is horrible. Its like I feel like I dont belong here at all not welcoming very dark feeling I guess I was not the type they felt like smiling with. Very rude this will be my last visit here

Bay Hill Transportation

Dishonest rude unprofessional. I made an appointment, they took my Insurance Card number and told me my copay is $20. When I got to the office, as several employees and a manager were shouting: You have a discount plan and we dont take it. They tried to sell me glasses. They were kind enough to give me a $10 discount on $69 office visit. Beware !

Very deceiving on their pricing. Had an issue with the employee that contradicted themselves. They are really unprofessional and have no respect for clients. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Need to have new stuff and trained them properly.
