For starters, I have been bringing both my dog and cat here since I moved to Tampa 6 years ago. Dr. Morgan and her techs Jennifer and Jessica are amazing. That said, in the past year or so, the level of the new staff members has drastically declined. They have a new doctor, Dr. Berrios, who is bilingual, which is great. The front of the house staff is the problem and the ultimate reason I transferred to another vet. What broke this camels back was that when they called to remind me of my cats appt, they said they could take me earlier but I kept my original appt (since traffic on Memorial is ridiculous - another downside is their location). When I got home and realized I could make the earlier appointment, I called them to see if it was still available. After being put on hold, they said yes, come now. I told them I would leave and be there as soon as I could. On the ride, my terrified cat peed on me, but when I got there and explained, they told me to sit in the waiting area because the doctor was busy (we were there for a shot, so we only really needed a tech, 3 of which were just milling around). Besides that, SHE JUST TOLD ME TO COME EARLY. After waiting for about 15 mins, I asked the new guy when the Dr would free up? Mind you, still standing there covered in pee because I felt bad sitting down getting it all over their furniture...He said because it took me 5 mins to get there after hanging up with the other person on the phone that I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL MY ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT. WHY DID SHE TELL ME TO COME EARLY?! So I left... and none of my furbabies will be back. Its a shame because Dr. Morgan and her experienced techs really are great to the animals and to their people. This particular new hire was a major fail, but the other recent new hires were borderline and he just pushed me over the edge.

The best way to lose a customer is to try to rip them off. We used this vet to trim our cats nails. We were pleased to find out that they were very reasonable pricewise, then they tacked on a $5 registration "fee" to create a file. That alone would not have soured our experience, considering how friendly they were. However, then they refused to sell us an over the counter product (maleceb plegets) for our dog becuase we "did not have a prescription." when I told them that this is not a prescription product they said that they still would not give it to us until we brought in our dog and pay for an office visit including their $5 new pet "fee". Thus, our $12 dollar plegets that we usually get online was going to cost us over $50 when all was said and done. I guess I will abandon my efforts to support my local businesses and buy this product on-line. In this economy, I would suggest finding a vet that will not try to rip you off. Vet bills are costly enough.

Weve used this vet for many years and they have always provide a caring environment for our pets. They DO try to nickel and dime you with added fees and charges. Recently we took our cat in for the onset of an upper respiratory infection. They refused to offer any medication because he wasnt "sick enough" but scheduled a follow up appointment so that they could prescribe some antibiotics at that time. He also had an issue with his eye watering with some discharge and we noticed that they put an expired product in his eye. When we called them out on it, all they did was thank us for pointing this out and still charged us $26 even though the product was expired. No apology, no compensation.

Ive never been to a Vet that shows so much love to all animals! Every employee is wonderful in this facility. They all show so much love to my puppy Cocco & has helped me in so many ways to help raise my puppy. Every time I bring Cocco, they show him so much love! My first time as a new patient, I was told the office visit can cost nearly $200.00 with all procedures my puppy needed, I explained that I only had $120.00 & sure enough they worked with me leaving my visit at $120.00. Wonderful staff, I enjoy bringing my puppy in to seeing everyone here. I recommend this place to everyone I know that has animals. I always refer everyone here. Wonderful, wonderful people! :)

We have been using Dr Morgan for our Great Dane and two cats for many years now. We think she is fantastic. The prices are reasonable. She spends time not only caring for our pets but also our concerns about thier health. When my one cat was very sick an over night observation was required. I was having a difficult time leaving my sweet cat so Dr. Morgan stayed open late and did some paperwork while I finished up my visit. My in-laws, two of my neighbors and a few friends have all started using Dr. Morgan and they all agree with my opinion of Dr. Morgan... Dr. Morgan is amazing.

Always genuine and courteous. Weve been bringing our animals to Baycrest Animal Clinic since 1993. We have always been very satisfied with the staff and facilities. It is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. The techs are always very knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. Doctor Morgan is by far one of the best Veterinarians I have been to in Tampa. Prices are reasonable and scheduling is quick. I recommend Baycrest Animal Clinic to anyone looking for a vets office that genuinely cares about each and every pet they see.

Baycrest Animal Clinic is the best!! Their love of animals is so evident from the moment we walk into the door and are greeted by the wonderful admin staff and techs, to the way Dr. Morgan loves up my dog on the floor for 10 minutes before acknowledging me. (Wonderful!) They are in business for the right reasons (animal welfare 1st), their prices are reasonable and they are well-versed on the latest medical treatments. I know my dog is receiving the best care possible. (And he loves them!)

Weve been taking our doggies to Baycrest Animal Clinic since moving to FL in 1999. Dr. Morgan and her staff offer top of the line care and service, and they genuinely love and care for our "babies" as if they were their own. We couldnt ask for a better Veterinarian & staff, and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend Baycrest Animal Clinic to anyone looking for the best care for their pets!

Decided to tell a loyal customers diabetic dog depending on full care for him that he had to wait four days in the case of an emergency. They seem to be nice people but when push comes to shove they act like they are brainless.

Staff is great and passionate towards animals. The veterinarians are open to and practice both holistic and modern treatments.
