THIS IS THE WORST VETERNARIAN IVE EVER GONE TO!!!! My cat has been having this on-going paw issue since March. Theres a hole in between his digits. We moved up here in June and were forced to find a new vet. I saw this guy for this problem and he didnt absolutely nothing! He gave me an antibiotic and iodine. He only did this because of the info I shared with him about what my old vet had done for a similar problem a couple yrs back. He didnt even do a test to see if there was any infection. So instead he just gave me antibiotic and charged me $40 for it when he didnt even determine if that was needed! And $60 because he injected an antibiotic in him during the visit. Again, not knowing if there was an infection at all. He didnt even clean/flush his paw.(his paw had been and was bleeding) instead he let me walk out with his paw in the same condition it was in when I walked in. And $164 later! FOR NOTHING! And even after the visit this office is giving me problems. My pet insurance has been waiting for a week for them to fax the medical records to them so I can get reimbursed for this ridiculous visit! Within the hour of walking out of their clinic, I went to another veterinarian. A much cleaner office, and much more thorough veterinarian. Please take my advice and do not waste your time and money at this place because you will be disappointed! This guy doesnt deserve 1 star! I agree with the other review that says he only cares about the money and not about your animal. Proof:he charged me $4 just to sign his name and write on a few lines on my Ins claim paper. No other vet charges for his signature!

I cant even give them 1 star. Worst Vet visit ever! I will give them credit that they were able to see me right away. I now know why. When I walked in I thought it smelled weird, its a vet office so you expect that a little, no big deal. The receptionist was very polite and remained professional throughout the visit. We were in the exam room, and the Vet Dr Kim walked in, he did not even acknowledge my Dog, who remained behind me when she usually is quick to greet anyone. The Drs first interaction with Peri would be putting a muzzle on. As far as I know she had never been muzzled. It totally freaked her out. We were only there for a yearly exam and shots. Peri (my dog) was visibly anxious, and not showing any signs of aggression whatsoever, trying desperately to remove the Muzzle. The Vet was doing nothing to comfort her, or give her any reason to feel she was in good hands. When she defecated on the exam table out of anxiety, that was my final straw. I offered to pay whatever he thought reasonable and voiced that I was going elsewhere. At that point Dr Kim decided to put a towel on my Peri thinking this would help. Not one time did he just pet her or assure her. He was sure to charge me $19.00. I agreed to pay because we did take up some of his precious time, but there was no service rendered. This Vet was unable to so much as look in her ears. I chose T and C animal clinic because of its convenience, I was ignorant to the manner in which Dr Kim addresses his 4 legged patients. You dont have to be! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I have been taking my dog to Banfield Pet Hospital up until recently when I decided to stop paying for a plan that was pretty expensive. Called them up yesterday to take my pup in because he has been vomiting/diarrhea for the last 3 days and all they said was I can come in for a walk-in at 2. After becoming frustrated with that I figured I would try a brand new vet with a good review and affordable prices. I found Town N Country Animal Clinic and thought Id give it a try. I immediately got an appointment on New Years Eve! When I arrived, I didnt even have a chance to sit down in the office because they took me and Max back immediately to the examination room. The vet tech was super friendly and sweet! The doctor came in shortly after and examined Max. I was in and out within an hour! Also, the doc walked me through symptoms and possibilities and let me know that my dog could either had Gastrointestinal Upset, or it could be something more severe. He continued to say that we should to take the less expensive route first and see if the antibiotics and stomache meds pan out. Thus, showing they are conscerned with making it affordable for their customers. This has been the most pleasant vet experience I have ever had, and Ive been a pet owner for almost 10 years now.

Over 30 years we have been seeing Dr. Kim with 5 dogs and 2 cats .... ! and he has never aged amazingly! We find that Dr. Kim is very accurate and precise in surgery of our tiny toy poodles! One poodle lived for a wonderful 21 years! We find his office very sweet and memorable with wonderful staff always fitting us in! Thank you for keeping our "children" so safe and healthy! and thank you for your professionalism and meticulous and exacting ways ... because Dr. Kim has picked up on many things we would not have realized. God bless all you do always! Sincerely, the Morris family - my husband William, daughter Merry, and our other children, Panda, Percy, Shela, Fanci Faire, TuTu, Mr. Green, and beloved Gretta!

When I made the appt I told the girl that I had pet insurance and assuming she wrote it on the file. When it was time to pay, the insurance was not deducted. So, the nurse or whoever she is had to get Dr Kim to redo the bill and put in the insurance discount. He was so upset that he had to do that, he actually told me in a firm voice that I should have told the girl that I had the insurance before he saw my pet. I told him that I did when I made the appt and that the girl should have noted it down when she made the file. Very displease with this place and the doctor.

I dont understand Kims review below and it was not helpful at all. She or he just complained about weird smell, I assume it would be pets smell and sounded like the dog was not cooperating with them when being restrained.Thats the dogs problem, it has not anything to do with the vets services. She or he tried to dumb the dogs problems to the poor vet. I have been using this vet for last 12 years. He is an excellent vet and thats why I have kept him as my vet for 12 years. All these negative reviews are just full of whole bunches of slanders and stupidities.

friendly and knowledgable staff! came in for an exam (my dog had been coughing), and she was diagnosed with heartworm infection. :o(. of course i began to cry, but the doctor gave me several options of treatment, so i could find one that was within my budget. my dog is 100% better now. now i know the imprtance of heartworm prevention (something my previous vet didnt explain). i will not take my dog to any other clinic. thank you dr kim for everything!
