This place was definately not a good place. My daughter is pregnant with her first child, i have gone to his office twice with her and i was totally shocked by what i encountered there the office was very unprofessional and when i met the doctor i was even more shocked by the time we left and were driving home i found myself wondering if he was even a real doctor. I have had 2 kids and my obgyn was nothing like him my daughter hasnt even gotten to hear her childs heartbeat every office visit to my obgyn when i was pregnant thats the first thing the doc did listen to heartbeat and measure my stomach none of which has been done by Dr.Arkin for my daughter and she is 7mths pregnant. Also she is Rh negative and requires a rhogam shot at 28wks and when she went into appt after he told her he gives the shot not only did he not even remember her as a patient and thought she was a new patient he proceeds to say that he doesnt have the rhogam and it wasnt a big deal she didnt really need it but if I wanted he would write a script for us to try and get it ordered which he said might take a few mths! WTH kind of obgyn is this?? And he also stated he doesnt deliver babies so what is thepoint of him being an obgyn? But after my 2 encounters with him there is no way in hell i want him touching or delivering my granddaughter. Maybe its a blessing in disguise but i feel bad for his other patients who think this is the way an obgyn office is supposed to be because its not . Usually doctors care about their patients but Dr.Arkin doesnt.

It was one of the worst places I ever went to. They had me waiting over an hour before being asked anything then when I went back and the doctor started the ultrasound I started to cry because he was pushing on my stomach and he told me to suck it up and was very rude. I went to the hospital later that day and was told I had an appendicitis and the poison was leaking. Then when I went back and got on to him about it he did not even apologize for being so rude NEVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

Dr.Arkin os one of THE best doctors in Tampa, he ALWAYS takes care of all his patients very well. His staff is always helpful and kind no matter what. Best in town and because he has been in tampa for so long he knows so many good people, helped me find an attorney when i needed one. He and his staff make you feel like family!

Went to him for my last two kids pregnancy ... Love him, wish Id went for my oldest two kids..... Highly recommend to all... nice clean office, Get to see your baby every visit.. Loving staff... your in and out... if I have more kids, Ill be going back to Dr.Atkins..
