We have been taking our dogs here for the past 3yrs and never had an issue until now. We had just recently got a puppy which we brought there for her check up and ended up bringing home antibiotics and cough syrup due to her having kennel cough which is common when adopting an animal from a shelter. All was good. Then she started having severe pain that would cause her to scream every few minutes. We figured out that she most likely ate something she wasnt suposed to and then started doing some home remedies which seemed to start working. Then she regressed and when we called them up to see if they would be willing to do an exray to find out if she had something stuck in her digestive track. We had recently gone through some financial distress and asked if they would let us pay half and pay the rest when I get paid and they refused to see her unless we paid upfront in full. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and I really have to wonder if they truly care about the pets they see or are they just there to make a buck.

I have been a loyal client of Trinity Pet Wellness Center for a decade. Dr. Wendy Watson has handled complicated issues with our aging Shih Tzu with expertise and urgency. Her colleague, Dr. Stephanie, is as talented and I have ZERO qualms about my animals being treated by either veterinarian. In fact, I met a client who travels over one hour to bring her bunny to Dr. Stephanie. My pets have aged and developed medical issues (normal of their age and breed). However, they lived to 19 and my current dog is 17. I attribute this in great part to the care given at Trinity Oaks. Their staff, is superior and is second to none. Charlene is a dream come true. I do not know of any other business that I have frequented who so consistently treats me this well - each and EVERY time. They are NOT overpriced and are ethical - they will not order unnecessary tests/procedures. I also use their groomer, Paula, exclusively for over a decade.

This is a good place. Its a little on the fancy side, so I imagine its probably a bit more expensive, but its very clean & comfortable and the staff are very kind & understanding. My dog feels comfortable there too. Shes not scared and the place is serene and quiet with a big lawn in the front for a potty break. I took my dog to Trinity Pet Hospital to get her started with a vet and the doctor told me that I need to give up my dog or put her to sleep simply because shes an overpopulated breed with an aggressive reputation. I never heard a vet talk like that. My dog is sweet and gentle and Ive had her for 5 years in a house with small kids and never had a problem. I would never recommend taking a pet to Trinity Pet Hospital unless its a poodle or a kitten, otherwise you might not like what they say. My dog hated it too...she was freaked out before she even got in the door. Im happy at Trinity Oaks Pet Wellness.

Weve had a hard time finding good vets in Florida. As long time dog owners, weve been through our fair share of incidents. To hope for a vet that was close by seemed too good to be true, but Dr. Phillips and Dr. Watson are both wonderful. We have 8 furbabies and these lovely ladies have been just great. Your first office visit is free, so its nice to be able to try a place out and make a decision from there. They respect our opinions on the care of our animals and dont push for unnecessary tests. We feel confident that our animals are in loving hands when we come in. The location is convenient to our home now, but when we move, they will be well worth the drive. The offices are clean and well maintained, the staff friendly and welcoming. The vet techs are all wonderful. The small staff works like a well oiled machine and it shows. The waiting area is both clean, stylish and welcoming.

We have been clients of Trinity Oaks Pet Wellness Center for almost 9 years. The staff are amazing and caring. It has a small town feel, where they know your name and genuinely care about you and your pets well being. When we began our journey, our dog was 7 years old. In the next 9 years, they took great care of her as she aged - they cleaned her teeth, helped her manage her arthritis, and provided incredible support to us as her journey recently ended. The compassion we received during this difficult time meant the world to us. I highly highly recommend them. When we are ready to open our hearts to another furry family member, we will definitely return! Thank you to Dr. Watson, Dr. Phillips, and the whole amazing team!

Very clean and the staff there are the best. The vets really show they care about doing the best for my Pom-Poo Penny. I trust them 100% with the care of my dog. I love the way they light a candle when someone had to have their pet put to sleep and they have a sign by the candle asking people to talk softly because someone has lost their beloved pet. Ive never seen anyone do that before and it certainly shows they care. I started taking my puppy there when she was just a couple of months old and she will be 7 years old in Feb. Simply? in bullets... - Dr. is incompetent & NOT very knowledgeable - The lady up front is rude - They did not find a softball size lump in my brothers dogs chest dog couldnt breathe, so left there & went to Trinity Pet Hospital down the road they found within 1 minute - They are very expensive - Just seem more about $ then the care and knowledge Good Luck

I recently visited Trinity Oaks Animal Hospital and couldnt have been more pleased. I have worked with many veterinarians in the past and would say that the quality of the people that Dr. Watson employs, and the values that they strive for at their hospital are unparalleled. I would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone.

I love the staff and so do my dogs. They are the first vets Ive been too that I felt honestly cared for my dogs well being and werent just after my money. They were so respectful and caring when I had to have one of my senior dogs put to sleep.

I have been taking Wilson here since he was rescued. They are compassionate and caring and know everyone by name. He enjoys staying overnight and I know he is getting plenty of attention. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Watson and her staff do a great job. Very compassionate and knowledgeable. Helped us get through a very difficult time with our 15 yr old Shepherd mix. Our new Shepherd loves the team there.
