Last year I took our 6 year old boxer to see Dr. Reddy for his annual vaccines and a check up. It was pretty routine, not much to write home about, other than a diagnosis of stress induced heartburn and a rx for puppy Prilosec (my description, not sure what it actually was) which I thought was both heartbreaking and comical. Fast forward to 6 weeks ago when we brought home a new puppy. Three days later our little one was showing signs of bowel stress and it freaked me out a little. I called Dr. Reddys office on a Wednesday, mostly to just ask if it was something to be worried about. I was shocked to hear Dr. Reddy himself answered the phone. Turns out that when the office is closed the number forwards directly to him in case of an emergency. He took time to ask questions to understand and explain what might be happening. This was the difference maker for me. The office staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable. Ive never had a problem with waiting or getting an appointment. In my past experiences, I might tell someone where I take our dogs but wouldnt necessarily give a glowing recommendation. This is not the case with Dr. Reddy and his team - I highly recommend them!

My first experience with Dr. Reddy was with helping my sister-in-law bring her dogs for treatment. After my dog Rusty started having issues with one of his legs I decided to bring him to Dr. Reddy, after seeing how well the staff treats their patients. Dr. Reddy found that Rusty had a thyroid problem that our previous vet failed to notice, which is great because Rusty is actually starting to lose some weight. He was able to figure out what was wrong with Rustys leg and recommended us to a great surgeon, and even called to see how the surgery went. Dr. Reddy and his staff really care about the health of all their patients. The office visits are extremely fair in pricing, follow ups often cost me nothing unless their was testing to be done. I am very pleased with my experience here and will be bringing my other 2 dogs and cat here for all their veterinary needs from now on

Our excellent care started even before we stepped foot into the office. I called around to see about rates at other vets offices because I wanted a second opinion on my dogs eye problem. I called the office on a Wednesday, the one day they are closed, not thinking I would get a call back until the next day and got a call back from them within 20 minutes. Dr. Reddy talked with me over the phone about my dogs issues. I was surprised because he was genuinely concerned about my dog and even offered to meet me at his office on his day off. Dr. Ready and his staff are wonderful and I appreciated them showing me how much the tests were going to run before they ran them on my dog. I havent gone to a vet that has done this once. I was very impressed with there customer service and knowledge. I will now take all my dogs to Dr. Reddy.

This is the first vet Ive been to in a long time that actually cares about the pet. There is no up-sell on products or services when you walk in, everyone is friendly and Dr. Reddy sits and talks through all the options with you. There is no pressure, always asking what I as the animal owner wants to do with the recommendation. Having been to other vets (Banfield included) this is such a great place to bring your pets! I even got a call on some blood tests from the Vet from his personal cell phone and he sat and talked thru all the results and prescribed a plan of action while he was driving. So much personal service! I also purchased their Ultimate package which includes free visits for the entire year, 2 CBCs, Urinalysis, and Shots, Boosters, and heartworm testing. :)

A few months back my husband and I took in a very old little black poodle named Higgins who was in deparate need of having his teeth cleaned. He was a very unhappy little guy and had little to no spark to him. Dr. Reddy and his staff were just incredible. After his initial exam Dr. Reddy explained the high risk involved due to his age and a heart murmur and we needed to make a decision. We decided to go ahead with the teeth cleaning praying he would make it thru the anesthesia. Little Mr. Higgins came thru with flying colors and he now as my daughter says "power walks" all over the house. Thank you all for giving us a few more good years with our little guy. You are the best!!

I just want to say Im giving this place a 5 star review. I had called this vets place this afternoon and spoke to Dr. Reddy who I can say was very sincere. I had told him what was going on with our dog and he told us to bring him right in .Our dog had some eye problems going on . They ran all kinds of test Mitch was awesome with rascal . They had explain everything step by step and told us everything that they where doing. Dr. Reddy did a pressure test on rascal . Then he went back and retook it again with another machine that he went and got . This right here is amazing that him and his staff are truly caring . I want to thank you ALL once again for taking care of us .

Dr. Reddy and his staff are fantastic! Pretty sure we would have lost our pup Cooper if it wasnt for him. He was patient and determined to make Cooper better and he did. We were at his office daily for about a week and ultimately had to have surgery to "unclog" Cooper of some things he had ingested. Dr. Reddy explained step by step what he was going to do, showed us video, pictures, etc. Then called us morning and night to follow up with Coopers recovery. Its about a 20-30 minute drive for us and we probably pass a dozen vets on our way but I can assure you its worth it!

When Alpha, our family dog, was two years old, he was very sick and Dr. Reddy was his early care vet. He worked hard to discover that Alpha had Addisons Disease, a very rare diagnosis in dogs that took many tests to pinpoint. When Dr. Reddy prescribed medicine, Alpha was very responsive. Dr. Reddy is very good about following up and readjusting the medication. Alpha is now a very happy and active dog, and we are happy to have him with us five years later! Alpha says thank you, Dr. Reddy! Hes the best vet that Alpha has ever had!

Dr. Reddy and his team have been phenomenal with our boxer, Beau. Beau is incredibly sweet but hyperactive and was diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis last year. Beaus feeding and meds schedule is different than most but everytime hes visiting Dr. Reddy and team for a check up or boarding everyone is accommodating and patient with him. After Beaus many visits to stay the weekend or for treatment he looks forward to seeing the team at Windermere and we feel at ease too!

Outstanding care and service! Dr. Reddy and his staff are caring and dedicated professionals who have taken care of our puppy. The facilities are clean, the staff is super nice, and Dr. Reddy truly cares for his animal patients. He has made calls on his day off to check on our puppy when she was sick and he calls after all visits after shots or surgery. I highly recommend Windermere Animal Clinic. They go above and beyond their call of duty to care for your pet.
