Weve had many positive experiences at Vickery Animal Hospital. In our first visit, Dr. Woods gave a thorough exam and clearly/concisely explained symptoms (even some we had missed) and a progressive treatment plan. Our dog had the same similar symptoms before, but most vets dismissed it as a UTI while Dr Woods was able to rule that out through his diagnosis/treatment. Our most recent visit happened when our clumsy dog ran himself into a wall and put a huge gash in the side of his face. I called (just past closing time) hoping to get "after hours" recommendations for an emergency vet. Instead, Dr. Woods answered the phone. While it was out-of-the-ordinary that he was there, he was willing to help us determine if the injury required immediate care. By far, the most caring and reasonably priced veterinarian weve ever had. He also has the most passionate, friendly staff as well.

We recently moved into the area and I found out about Vickery Animal Hospital via Google maps and reading the reviews. I honestly could not be more pleased with my experience at Vickery. I have a rescue dog that gets very anxious in new settings, particularly at the vets office and the staff at Vickery really seemed to understand and accommodate his specific needs. They took the extra time to try and make him feel as comfortable as possible and we had a highly successful visit in comparison to our old vets office. I honestly feel that they really care about their patients and their patients owners and go above and beyond to have a positive experience on each visit. Special thanks to our tech Allison, Dr. Woods, and Heather at the front desk - they really welcomed us into their office and made us feel like part of the community. Highly recommended!!

My cat "Pawz" has been here twice...the first time was when I got her and they gave her a full checkup and it was great. The second time unfortunately was when Pawz had been vomiting daily for a week (diet changed). Well today I took her in right as they opened and Dr. Woods and his staff took care of my dear Pawz and she is back to jumping all around and being herself. I actually felt like they cared about BOTH OF US and it felt like visiting family. Note: They accept ApplePay and AndroidPay...in and out! ;)

I feel like every staff member genuinely loves and cares about every animal that walks in the door, and to me and my family that means the world. My wife and I have brought our 4 year old cat and our new puppy here since we rescued them both. Dr. Woods always takes the extra time to explain and answer questions. The entire staff has always been great, from scheduling appts to discussing charges BEFORE anything is done. Awesome team, glad to see them expand and offer even more services. I would honestly run out of text space if I typed every example this place has helped me and Phineas!! Everyone there is very compassionate and even with a busy schedule will work in a way to be available when you need. Dr. Woods and Dr. Rollins are great. Over a few months Phineas has had a series of changing symptoms, and with and diligence and good communication Vickery Animal Hospital has been able to give him the best care possible!

The staff was very friendly and handled my kittens shots gently. The doctor and vet tech both took a minimalist approach to the number of vaccines they recommend for an indoor- only pet. Best of all, they treated me with respect and backed their recommendation for waiting to neuter until 6 months old with actual pet health information.
