This is very unsafe and potentially dangerous place for pets! My 5 years old cat died, unexpectedly, after the visit there, it was shocking! Customer care was terrible, they cared more about their image and money than understanding the loss and admitting the responsibility. The general manager never returned my phone call as was promised, and the women who spoke with me on a phone, Elena, was very defensive and did not have a clue how to listen or understand the emotions of a loss. She constantly kept interrupting me and was very fake. As a professional counselor, I was shocked that an animal clinic has a staff not trained in communication and understanding of a grief. I brought my cat there, and she died two days after the visit. In my opinion, they failed to diagnose her or provide clarity about what was wrong with the animal. They just mainly told me that she is dehydrated and has diarrhea, which was already obvious. Then, they gave her the medication (which I am not sure about its quality) and told me that she will be fine in 3-4 days. Unfortunately, I trusted them. Further testing was casually offered as a next step, but not explained as important to do or to be strongly considered. On a second day my cat died unexpectedly. When I called, their communication was terrible. They avoided returning my calls for a week, were defensive, and did not offer a decent reimbursement. When I came to talk to them in person, they threatened to call a police if I do not leave. They were too concern that the other customers will hear about my experience with them. This type of customer care is very unprofessional and demeaning. I highly recommend to avoid this place! PS. I just read all the reviews about this place. Josef, thank you very much for sharing your experience on another web site! Dr. Valentino also treated my cat and I felt that her diagnosis was ineffective and stole the time, which could be used to save my dear cat. I see that Elena, the business owner, reacted to your post on Yelp, in November, 2016. I cannot believe she was aware of this issue and nothing was done, and the same poor treatment happened to my cat that lead to her death. When she spoke on a phone with me she was so defensive, I could feel it, now I know why!!! Because they keep on mistreating the animals, even though similar complains were reported. This place is truly malicious and care only about themselves: unskilled in communication with people, and their apologizes and pathetic reimbursements hold no value, because no corrective actions are taken!!!!! They cannot treat, communicate, authentically empathize, negotiate, and even dare to threaten their customers with police in an attempt to silence them! SHAME!!!!!!!!

Key Points**: Questionable diagnoses, apathetic to a family loosing their pet, unprofessional when confronted with the issue READ ON FOR FULL STORY I personally have not taken my pet to this vet, however, I accompanied a friend to the clinic as moral support when her cat of five years passed away unexpectedly following a less than thorough diagnoses by the vet. She described the vets diagnoses as overly passive for a condition that was obviously serious. Tests for her cat were suggested, though they were not encouraged, information regarding the possible seriousness of the situation was in no way related, and my friend was led to believe that her cats diarrhea/lethargy would soon pass with a few medications and care. However, her cat died very soon after the visit regardless of all advice executed, and all medications administrated as directed. THAT is not the issue. Pets pass away unexpectedly, many factors could be at play here, etc., and that is life, and my friend understands that. The issue arose when my friend called to express her concern that the diagnoses was not properly delivered and she would like a refund for the medications and diagnoses. This call was NOT about the money, it was in hopes that this clinic would refurbish there practice a bit, that future patients would be more thoroughly considered and other pet owners would not be subject to the distress herself and her family were in after losing a beloved friend. She hoped at the very least that the clinic would be empathetic and offer an apology for her familys loss. Instead she was met with aggressive denial over several phone calls and the vet was never in to talk to her. MY experience first hand at the vet was this. One of the ladies at the desk was helpful and cooperative(though of course the vet was "out" and they had no idea when the vet was to return and the refund was uncertain until the vet could OK it) until another woman came to the desk from the back rooms, slammed a piece of paper on the desk and told my friend to accept a return for flea medication, leave, and do not return or the police would be called on her. So we left. That is not how a veterinary clinic should be operated. A vet should be in practice for a reason- because they love animals and share empathy with all pet owners.

I was referred to this clinic by a friend. He mentioned to me that they have been taking both of their dogs here since they were small, and that they have specials related to boarding. A program where you can earn free nights. I was excited to here about this as I travel a lot. So I checked them out and took a tour of the hospital. It is an older facility but as I toured the care of the animals showed on all the pets that I did see while there. I went ahead and booked boarding for my boxer, which the process was very informative as to who to contact during an emergency, to proof of vaccines. I was impressed by the questions asked at the check in process. I did have to put down a deposit since I was a new client, but that did not seem out of the norm. I was only out of town for about 10 days. I called every few days to check in on him, as he was not eating well at the beginning but by the time I picked him up he seemed very happy and had started eating very well for the last few days. He had a bath that morning before I picked up which was great and I was informed at check out that I had enough points with the boarding program to have a free night. I will be using them for boarding for now on. I have not used them for vaccines just yet as my pet is currently up to date. But I plan to come back here for that.

My friend just got her dog back from this place and now her dog is in the ER! Mind you this dog is completely healthy... This place didnt call or notify her of any condition the animal may be in. They are extremely negligent and on top of that, they tried to shrug it off as "oh we just woke her up from a nap". The dog wobbled out and was unresponsive like she was drugged and thrown about while in boarding. Bloated and completely unable to do anything like a normal dog. This place also charged her for there incompetence! Stay far away from them if you have an ounce of humanity to take care of your animals. They dont even tell you when other animals have PARVO and are brought in for boarding either... We noticed it when a truckload of puppies were being treated OPENLY that had it. Please I beg of you whoever reads this. Protect your animals and dont cut corners when it comes to safety and health. Please see an actual professional establishment. At least your dog wont end up dead there... UPDATE: 7/24/17 Georgia (the dog) passed away overnight.... One day after picking her up from this horrid place..
